Compatibility Note for A1 Series: If bubbles appear on the underside of the plate, it may be helpful to heat it on the heated bed at a temperature of at least 80 degrees for several hours to eliminate the bubbles. Dust and grease deposits on the build plate reduce adhesion. It is recommended to regularly clean the surface with water and detergent to ensure optimal adhesion. Do not clean the smooth PEI with acetone, as this can damage the PEI surface. Always wait a few minutes before removing printed models to allow the plate to cool down, making it easier to remove the print. This prevents damage to the plate and ensures a long product lifespan. Gently sanding the surface with fine sandpaper (600 grit recommended) can help restore adhesion. The smooth PEI plate is a wear item that will wear out over time.
