Helps with deep sleep , you don’t turn during sleep
Brought this to try, loved sleeping with it so much that I brought a second one for the sofa.
Nice and heavy and you get used to the weight pretty quickly. The only improvement would be a removable cover for washing because you can’t put the whole thing in the machine
