So when I saw these ear buds at the reduced price I was gob smacked so I ordered them as soon as they came I set them up down loaded the B&O so to set my own music settings wow they just blew me away I never thought I would see B&O at that price ok they are not the latest version out but believe you me I was definitely not disappointed with the sound. I was a little bit concerned. I had read some reviews about people having problems getting them to stay in. Sure enough I found I was having a similar problem. I felt so disappointed as I thought I would be sending them back. However I decided to actually visit the B&O store. I was looking at the different ear buds. I watched a vido on some during showing close ups and av360 degree of the earbuds it actually finished and told you the direction that the B&O logo shoukd sit. Also a little knack on how best to put them into the ears. So I tried the knack with the ones a bought at first I thought it a bit fiddler however it didn’t take me long to put them in suddenly they sat really tight without hurting and I swear to you no fear of then falling out. I took them out and tried again this time I was I bit Quicker again I took them out I put into my ear at aprox the angle it advised twisted them so the B&O sign was sat with the sign not straight up as you would think it was more at a angle. I will use something on my keypad to give you a idea / that direction for the left ear as you look at it\ type of aglle for the right ear so yes a slight tilt in both and the Logi of B&O can be seen better than being up right. So don’t just give in I knew i would not give in easy so I was so pleased

The product and packaging are second to none. The real killer for me is that when using the waterproof silicone covers, it is not possible to charge the device using the charging outlet provided without having to remove the cover every time. I can see very quickly I am going to have replace both the ear pods and the outer cover very regularly (unless QVC/BOSE provide me with a regular supply after reading this review!!) as every time I need to charge the device I have to remove then refit the cover and the buds.I'm really quite disappointed in B&O given their exemplary products and history of good design, which is let down on this specific product.
I've had these earphones now for a few weeks. I've used them a few times now at the gym and I really like them. The sound is great and even though the description says they are not "noise cancelling" I do find that they block out most sounds. I can still here when someone drops their weights and such but it does a great job. The earphones also come with many different sized ear pieces. They come with the regular rubber earpieces, the sponge ones that expand into the shape of your ear canal and the ones that fit on the outside of your ear. Each of those come in at least 2 different sizes.
Bought this on-line after reading a pile of reviews, but I am sadly disappointed. My 1 star is not bitter, but honest.Positives:- The charging system in slick, easy and fast.- Comes with loads of small rubber accessories to suit different ears/applications.- Fabric on cable is classy, appears to be super durable and does not tangle.Negatives (sorry B&O):- Limited bass compared to my old apple headphone which I will use (I was just hoping to just get rid of the cord!).- Though I have tried all the different rubber add-on (and cut back my ear hairs!), they still fall out of my ears, even before I hit the gym.- The sound from the fabric cord rubbing on the neck/collar is crazy (might as well where a stethoscope!)Sadly, I would return it if I could!!
My first impression on opening my H5B&O headphones was the impressive packaging. The dusty rose was a real plus feature .The magnetic connection for charging the divine and disconnecting power is pure future technology . The Quality of the surround sound was like no other on the market I have heard. Great pluses !On the less favourable, I was disappointed that the three point adapter was not included (rather mean)The other disappointing less feature was the mere four/five hour battery life. I do appreciate B & O work on the smallest of batteries and are in the process of development to extend battery life but , Hey! This is 2016/17.All in all I am however very pleased with my head phones .... pure genius!!!!

Regrettably mine are going back but if, with the multiple fitting options, they don’t work I’ll steer clear of this type of head phone for me in future.

The battery life is not great but that is not the main issue with these headphones. The cloth/ woven cable rubs and clashes with your clothes on your neck and you can hear it while listening to your music. This can and did become rather annoying after a while. Also the fitting was good but they still fall out. No matter what i used as a ear tip they still managed to fall out a lot.
