First B&O purchase. I waited for the gold/oak to be restocked. I’m a Spotify, AirPod pros, kind of guy. I also own a vinyl setup: Pro-ject, sprout 100, Jamo bookshelves. So...I appreciate sound quality, but arguably sub-audiophile level. Looks: Crazy luxury, very heavy, can be modern or natural, looks great on dark wood. Use: Simple. Been using the app for HD radio. Been using Spotify connect. Need to experiment with Tidal or other HD input. Sound: Very early, trying with Antlers new album: Punchy/thick bass, vocals jump off (in a good way), horns jump, everything is extremely balanced. I do hear “room filling sound”, if that’s a thing. Horizontal sounds great. Laying flat seems like a gimmick, it opens up the sound, but I doubt I’d use it often...Probably outdoors. I wish the touch-sensitive buttons were less sensitive. Always bump them when carrying it. Excited to dig in, take it apart, and figure out how I’m going to eventually replace the battery/parts.

The B&O Level is amazing!I've owned and still own quite a few high-end speakers and this one tops them all (except my Naim Muso QB2. It's close but, the Naim is not portable like this one is. I love being about to take this speaker outside and enjoy HiFi music on the screened porch.Bass, mids and highs are clear and the sound is open and powerful.No issues with the B&O app. It works perfectly. I read a lot of people complain about connectivity with this speaker. I am using Google WiFi (mesh) with no issues whatsoever. It works beautifully for me.Costly, yes! Worth it, YES! I love design most of all. And sounds quite powerful though. Function is ok for me, I usually just use it for play music via my phone bluetooth.
