I was so bummed that the bike arrived damaged (a few paint chips, and the metal sticker on the front was totally crooked). I didn’t have time to exchange as it was for my son’s birthday and time sensitive. I sent photos to Little Lona and they refunded me 10% which I really appreciated. Great customer service.
