I received this today. My daughters have played with it non stop playing with it. The product it’s self is a very good size, it’s very sturdy so if young children want to play I think it will survive! We particularly love how much detail has gone into it, from the cockpit, the front passenger seat slides backwards and forwards making it easy to fit barbie dolls in (the dolls come separately) all three of the seats lie down, it’s easy enough for a 2 and 4 year old to do without help. We love that it comes with two over head compartments for storage of little bits aswell as a hostess trolley! To set it up adult help is definitely needed to fit on some outside bits to complete the look of the plane. After all these years I continue to be surprised at just how cheaply made Barbie toys are. The aeroplane and accessories are so cheaply made, they look cheap, they feel cheap and yet it’s far from cheap to buy!The seats in the plane are flimsy, very few accessories, no dolls included, and I’m surprised the plane doesn’t even make plane noises. The Barbie ambulance is much better value and cheaper!

It seats 3 dolls (not included) very comfortably, the seats recline, swivel, and can be moved around to easily access all parts of the plane with your hand; there’s an overhead compartment for luggage (luggage included) and a food cart complete with food trays! An older child could do it by themselves.Here’s a parenting hack for you: if you have kids that like to play with superheroes rather than barbies this plane will work with most 12-inch dolls. My daughter absolutely loves it. Great quality, and Barbies fit perfectly into it.I am however seriously disappointed with the courier/postal service you use. Shipping costs were almost half of the value of the purchase, and I needed it for Christmas. I ordered it on the 16th of November 2021 and we received it yesterday 26th of January 2022, not way near in time for Christmas.I would like to order from you site in the future, but would prefer alternative shipping options. The postal service in the US might be reliable but here, not so much.Bottom line, friends from South Africa, leave +- 3 months delivery time before they date that it is required.

The plane was new and nice but the pilot had a very dirty torn up container it was in (looked to be very old). The pilot was okay though. After my receiving the items you have been sending me texts and emails that another pilot is coming. (I hadn't complained) but I thought you were sending me another one nice and new and that the other and it's packaging was a mistake. Well on Monday you send me emails and texts that new pilot had been delivered. I've looked everywhere and no pilot. Are you really sending one?
