Excellent product and services. Make sure you choose the Heritage Liddesdale Quilted, not just the Liddesdale Quilted, for the slim fit cuts (The latter is very large and loose fit). I normally wear size S but for Barbour I choose size XS, as the products seem to be slightly bigger than normal.

The jacket I purchased didn’t initially fit so I had to return it and repurchase a different size. My only small criticism is that you can’t exchange. You have to send back for a refund and purchase again which means that you either have to pay twice initially and wait for a couple of weeks for your refund or wait a couple of weeks for your refund before ordering again and I think this could put some customers off. Aside from this though, the product is fantastic and the customer service has been exceptional. I caught a button getting out of my car which popped off and I so I phoned customer service to see if it was possible to order a replacement so that I could repair. They immediately sent me some spares and charged me nothing. This Barbour jacket is really good quality (as you'd expect from Barbour) and looks great. Ordered my usual size and the jacket fits very well. The sleeves are slightly too long but only by about half an inch or so, so not an issue for me. The material feels good and the jacket, although thin and lightweight, is very good at keeping me warm. Arrived in 2 days. Very pleased.

This Barbour jacket is really good quality (as you'd expect from Barbour) and looks great. Ordered my usual size and the jacket fits very well. The overall look is great. Clean and slim cut. However, the overall fit is subtly off. Sleeves are long and the jacket flares out slightly but noticeably. Unfortunately those details did not work for me.

Barbour need to go back to making their original lines fit exactly how they used to.

Bought this for my husband who normally gets a Large. Unfortunately this was a little small so tried to get the XL but it was not in stock so had to ask for a refund. Sent it back well over 2 weeks ago but still not received a refund. Messaged Urban Excess but did not reply. A little disappointed & really hoping for my refund please
Ordered an XXL to replace my existing XL Liddesdale jacket. The sleeves on the replacement jacket were way too long. and it was much shorter than my existing jacket. Decided buying online is not for me - it's back to buying in store. Buying online simply a waste of everyone's time.
This is the second Heritage Liddesdale jacket I have purchased, in two years. It is black quilted with a corduroy collar and it looks soooo smart. I use it on a regular basis for work. It is sufficiently formal and businesslike to get away with wearing it to the office, fits really well and in my humble opinion is more stylish than some of the trad rustic Barbour gear. With the addition of a gilet it will mitigate the impact of all that autumn can throw at you. Buy one and see for yourself!
I bought one in L size for my husband because he has the clasical (loose one) Liddesdale in that size but it turned slightly small for him especially if he wears a jacket underneath. Now I am happy and I have a new Heritage Liddesdale Jacket :) Some would say I did that on purpose. Of course I ordered a new one in XL fot the husband
