This is my favorite dry shampoo. I've tried a couple other brands, but this one just works so well. Rose Gold is my favorite scent from Batiste. It's a creamy, powdery floral that smells amazing! If you prefer sweeter perfumes like Dolce & Gabbana Pour Femme or Dior Poison Girl then definitely give this scent a try. It works great on my dark brunette hair as well. I just massage it in and then brush my hair like usual and no white residue is left behind. if you have dark hair and you're left with a lot of white residue you're either spraying it too close or using too much.

I use this product religiously. My hair is very fine and oily. I can usually get to 3 or 4 days without washing if I use Batiste. I personally love the Rose Gold scent because it's light and soft (too much fragrance tends to give me migraines). I spray my hair and rub in at night before I go to sleep, or I'll spray on and pop a shower cap on if I'm running late in the morning. It's easy to brush out and doesn't leave my hair feeling stiff, tangled, or gunked up. I also like that ulta generally has sales for this product, so I can stock up easily.

I have been using batiste dry shampoo for a long time. I usually go for the coconut scented one but I had ran out of it and my local Ulta did too. So decided to give this a try given that it had good reviews on here but I HATE this one. The scent is like perfume for your hair (don't like that). Not sure if the formula for this is different but this leaves an excessive amount of white residue on my scalp and hair. It seems to stick on way too well to my hair that it has caused dandruff. I even started using a tiny bit of hair moisturizer after spraying this because of the dandruff but it did not help at all. Not a fan and will be sticking to the coconut one. Smells better anyway. And I'll make sure to stock up.
I've tried as many dry shampoos as possible, and always come back to this. I love to use it between washes, and it always leaves my hair feeling fresh. I've got lighter hair, so I don't worry about the spray coming out white, but for people with darker hair, they might need to use sparingly. If I use a bit too much, I just out my blow dryer and it really revives my look and gives me some good volume. Plus this scent heavenly!!!
Of course the quality is great!! Batiste always is! As far as the smell goes, this is one of my favorites! It's not very bold or over bearing! It's a nice, soft smell! Not near as strong smelling as most other dry shampoos.
I mean it is cheap, so I don't know why I was expecting something else. Maybe because so many reviews say the scent is amazing. It is described as fresh, fruity and delicate which is far reaching for how this smells. I would say it smells like the person next to me on the train who I don't want to smell or smell like. The 2 stars are because it was easy to massage away the white cast and it didn't make my hair crunchy or dry. I think I have to toss it though because I keep trying to use it up but I'm disgusted when I turn my head and get a whiff of me. Not a safe blind buy.
I have used so many dry shampoos. From extremely high dollar to very cheap. Batiste is by far the best for my hair! I have blonde, semi thin hair that gets oily right at the roots. This has been a life saver so I don't have to shampoo every day! It's great to help add some extra volume as well. I will forever keep this in my line up of hair care. The Rose Gold, smells so good!

So I'm dumb, I didn't read the description (not including my rating) but somehow I was under the impression that this would, not only be a dry shampoo but also give a rose gold tint on your hair (like the brunette one). Why give something the name rose gold if it's not referring to the color but the smell instead? That doesn't make sense. I'll be returning because I have many bottles of the brunette version already. I would definitely purchase a rose gold TINTED version if they did one though
