Awesome bit of gear. I was so frustrated with cheap chargers and cheap batteries that came with various products I purchased. The batteries never lasted and the products didn't work well. This charger sorted out the batteries, charged them fully , identified the faulty ones and now everything is working as it should. Haven't had it long enough to comment on durability but so far it's absolutely fantastic.

The nitecore is undoubtedly the best charger for all rechargeable batteries I have always used nitecore as it is a safe way to charge batteries especially for those who use 18650 batteries or 2700 batteries in their vape mods so I highly recommend this product. It has never let me down

I bought this mainly to charge up AA batteries we use on LED light strings at Xmas. Very easy to use, and you can mix different battery types with varying degrees of charge, and leave them in as long as you like without fear of overcharging which is a problem with the simple charger I was using before. Only two small niggles: first, it seems not to cope too well with a heavily discharged battery. I had to boost one for a while on my old charger and then it was happy. Second, it would be nice if it remembered the low charge setting. You have to reselect this each time you use it. However, good product!

Bought 7-8 of these over couple of years and almost half of them have broken down. The quality of the plastic housing is very poor, actually. The screw slots very easily break apart... perhaps often due to low temperatures but still far from satisfactory.Otherwise good charger.
Works very well with full digital voltage display for each cell. Have had one of these for a year and so impressed that we bought a second one. One very annoying thing is that it will not charge the latest version Lidl AAA batteries, which charge in all other chargers.
Excellent charger with great features and very good build quality for narrow profile batteries. Although it lists compatibility with batteries up to and including "C" size cells, these batteries are too wide to fit properly in the bays, allowing only one battery to be charged at a time when installed in one of the center bays. Also with "C" cells, the positive contact on the charger just barely touches the positive electrode causing it to lose contact periodically and go off charge. All other smaller profile batteries work great, though. If "C" size batteries need to be charged, this is not the charger to use.

This is a really smart charger which will not overcharge your batteries. It allows you to charge at a lower charge rate which is better for smaller batteries. Also copes with a wide range of batteries.
I recently purchased some rechargeable RCR123/16340 Li-ion 3.7 Volt batteries and my previous chargers seemed not to charge them. The other chargers were designed for 3.0 Volt limited batteries. Since I tend to use multiple batteries at a time I cannot get by with a single slot charger. The D4 with 4 slots fills my need. I do like that it also works with my 18650 batteries, AA, AAA, and C batteries. The voltage and charge current meter and elapsed time default to the last battery inserted. It is necessary to use the slot selector button to view others. But status of charge is shown for each slot individually. There are only two buttons to control things. One is the slot select button. The other selects mode. The Cons: The selection buttons have small shallow lettering and difficult to read, at least for my mature eyes. It is necessary to turn the batteries to establish connection sometimes. On my example slot #2 seems to have this issue. And of course this is more likely with shorter batteries with less spring tension generated by the sliding contact. These cons are the only reason the D4 did not get a 5 star rating. If I couldhave I would have rated 4.5 stars. And I would buy it again.
Very impressed with the product. Allows me to charge almost any round battery. I had a variety of battery sizes, some of which my old charger would not charge and they appeared to be dead. This charger seemed to reset the battery memory and bring them back to life. Easy to read digital display for each battery.
