I bought this to cut aluminium, so bought some metal cutting blades. I cannot believe how effortlessly this cuts steel and aluminium. It is quiet, easy to use, and very safe. Small, but for what I need it for ... Perfect!

great little bandsaw with all the function that elevate it above barbie doll tool status. The fence/guide system is a bit basic which is why I see this as a 4-star product but the value for money and quality otherwise is great.

On first inspection I was impressed with the build quality and set about adjusting the blade tension , while rotating the drive pully's I heard a scraping noise which was coming from the upper pully scraping inside the Metal cabinet which was no problem for me (being mechanically minded) I fixed the problem and every thing is fine.
As an engineers Pattern Maker i find this an ideal machine for light cutting.Would like to know where to purchace a spare blade.
