Baxter of California - Exfoliating Body Bar - 198g

I’ve been using solely this bar for the past year and I love it. I work in southern Alberta climate in construction which means sweat build up and dust and dirt / cement constantly being packed into my skin. I have to wear a harness 80% of the time which cause some aggressive acne to effect my shoulders and back. This bar has helped clear all that up. Smells great and works. I see no reason to switch.

I bought this exfoliating bar by Baxter for my man it was a hit! It smells great with cedarwood oak moss and the scent actually lasts for long after the shower. I recommend this product!

This is my first exfoliating bar. I usually just use a regular exfoliated wherever needed to freshen up my skin. I really like how aggressive yet gentle this bar is. It does the job and makes my skin soft and renewed. However, the scent is not masculine enough and somewhat overbearing. I say that because it smells like a drug store soap bar after getting out of the shower. I event tried to use my regular shower gel after using the bar but the scent still came through. I will still use this product when I am just getting super clean and not going out after.

Great scent! It's a very masculine yet subtle fragrance. I'm sure this bar will last for a while since the size is great, it's big. The exfoliating qualities of the product are great and never harsh. My skin feels good, but I don't think this is a moisturizing bar, I wouldn't use it on my face. It's pricey for a soap bar. But it's definitely a quality product. I would buy it again. For me, favorite soap of all time. Nice scent, exfoliates and does not leave my skin feeling dry. It is pricey. I’m a Dad with 3 kids and usually for the price of 1 bar of Baxter, I usually buy the 12 pack of soaps at Costco for the same price. I do treat myself on Cyber Monday when it goes on sale. It last a decent amount time. Even when it gets down to the size of a quarter, I will put it on another soap bar wet so it will glue itself on and can be used up the next day.

Best Smell Ever

This is my favorite soap for several reasons. Exfoliating and great fragrance! I know it odd for guys but I have sensitivity to many fragrances and this make me feel very clean smelling! Love it!

Exfoliating Body Bar

I tend to have dry, flaky skin. I've tried a variety of sugar scrubs and other exfoliating products, but they really didn't do the job, until I found the Baxter Exfoliating Bar. At first, I wondered if it had enough exfoliants in it because it was so gentle compared to most scrubs, but my fears were for naught because it leaves my skin smooth and not dry. I love the fact that is a bar, too. Nice lather and herbal fragrance (noticeable while showering, but not afterwards, so it won't interfere with your other perfumes). I recommend!

Recommended. I am a bar soap guy and will say that this one is on my top five, favorite list. The scent is fantastic, it mildly exfoliates but then works into a nice lather. I get wet, step out of stream and then use it direct to skin for my back, which needs the exfoliating, and that will produce enough lather for the rest of my body. So, if you use it similarly, it can last so the price can be justified.

Been using this for a long while now - easily one of my favourite products from Baxter, and definitely my go-to soap. Love the smell and how my skin feels after using it.

Staple in my routine

This soap appears to be expensive, but a little goes a long way. With little work you are able to create abundant lather on the body. My partner always comments on my smell after I shower. Additionally, you kill two birds with one stone with the exfoliating effect of the soap. Believe me I have tried plenty of soaps and you will not he disappointed.
