I don't normally buy headphones based on brand name alone, but because I was able to actually listen to how great the sound is with these headphones at the store, I was convinced! I like a strong base sound, and these ones definitely have it, and the noise cancelling is amazing too. I decided to splurge and purchase Beats because people always rave about their quality. The packaging they come in is so beautiful, I felt like I had made the right choice because of the box they arrive in alone. No! the adjustment doesn't have much difference. I wear a lot of protective styles, and I can tell when I decide to wear braids, it will be a tight fit because it's already snug. The battery life for one charge is horrendous. Omg. I love Beats first of all, I bought them when they came out and I loved them! Have a hard time saying that these kill my head! I get a migraine every time I wear them for any length of time and I wear them to mow in which is 8 hour long session sometimes longer. These headphones press so hard against the head it’s like a vise. I have have gone back to wearing my old beat up Beats Solo that only work on 1 side. Pitiful.Just be aware that every head is different and if your head is not on the roundish side and more angular shape you might regret buying these headphones because they are not especially long in terms of the length of the arms.Best of luck. I still love Beats. Best quality sound in my opinion and they sync seamlessly with your Apple phone.

I purchased these online without any expectation that the quality would be inferior. Boy was I disappointed when I started listening to my fave tracks. It’s hard to describe but the sound was a bit muffled, almost like there was something covering the sound outlets. I tried playing around with EQ settings but just couldn’t get it to improve. Thinking I had a dud, I tried a different pair in-store but it wasn’t any better. I gave them to my son, and his hands they lasted a month before they snapped in half. On the plus side, they look good which I guess is why all the cool kids wear them. All in all this is probably one of my most regretful and disappointing purchases, and I have now switched to Bose. My only piece of advice is to try before you buy…

I think by the fact that this is the 2nd purchase of the same item - which incidentally wouldn't have been necessary had they not been stolen as there was nothing wrong with them, even after 4 years - says a lot. She's happy now too that she can listen to music without having to listen to the person sitting next to her.

Down on the case, it is much larger than I expected.The downsides? None, unless you are a faithful Apple customer, on the way to the airport, accustomed to knowing everything you need to use these babies is in that gorgeous box. THEN, you realize there is NOT A CHARGER OR CABLE in the box. No big deal, as an Apple faithful, you have plenty of chargers and cords. But WAIT, as you begin to look for and find the charge port, you realize this is the ONLY Apple device you have ever purchased that came without a charging port cable AND the headphone port is NOT a lightening port. WHAT THE 🔥😈☄️👹🔥???It is a mini-USB port. Which you may or may own. But, as I mentioned earlier it is fully charged and the battery life is remarkably long.So, while this charger situation is not up to my experience with Apple products in the past (everyone says things are headed south since Steve Jobs died), they did rescue the customer with a full charge. I assume a cord costs more than charging the device? The case is too big for my liking, but it does a good job of protecting the headphones.Considering none of my unmet expectations were with the device itself and the solutions provided adequately met my needs, this device deserves 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.
