Beauty of Joseon Matte Sun Stick: Mugwort + Camelia

I have very pale and oily t-zone skin. For someone with pale skin this leaves no residue/white cast. Mattifies my skin really well. You might have to pat in a very little if you push too hard on the stick while applying, but its really minimal. I do have to admit that its a small stick tho, so easy for travel, but not as much product… for that price (but other brands are the same size, so yea :/) But i really REALLY recommend this for pale skin ! Idk about darker skintones

I was so excited to purchase this when I got the email. However, I was a little disappointed after my first use. Wore it to go swimming and the reaction with the water cause a white powdery like appearance on my face. Literally looked like I'd chucked flour on my face. Perhaps this it not a swimming option. otherwise its great

Good but feels heavy

This sunstick is not bad, in fact I think it's probably one of the good ones. However, I just hate how heavy it feels on my face. Being able to feel product on my face is not for me. Even though it is matifying, it is still a sun stick that's based on wax, which creates a kind of a mask. And it's not the fault of this particular product, it's just the format of sunsticks in general since all of them are based on waxy stuff. Also, sunsticks don't provide that good protection compared to usual sunscreens. Honestly, spare your money and get more cream sunscreen instead of sun sticks, if you hate the feeling of buildup on your face like me. Great product, used it to my trip to Philippines

Was using the sunstick midday in the hot and humid weather to reapply on my face, works wonderfully for my oily skin! Easy and smooth application even with layering. Optional to pat with fingers, but you don't need to- especially if you're out and about and cannot wash your hands! Size is smaller than a regular deodorant stick but it's a great size for the face!

I love this sun stick

Amazing! This is exactly what I wanted, it is not an oily sunscreen stick. The only thing is you can't use it right after your skin care cause it start to pill, but after like 1-2 hours after skin care it went on perfectly. Definitely recommend during the day. It feels light on my skin, it is easy and fast to apply. The texture oa this sunscreen is super light and has matte finish and it doesn't grease my skin

The BEST sun stick for oily skin

I got this sun stick to touch up my sunscreen. I've used oily skin friendly sunscreens in the past but I still get pretty oily at the end of the day. I just accepted that sunscreen makes me oily and I can't control it. I tried this sun stick and wow the oil control is AMAZING! Just a couple swipes on top and my face is matte throughout the day. I would repurchase this for the oil control alone! It also doesn't make my sunscreen (BOJ Relief Sun) pill underneath.Since sun protection isn't enough with just a sun stick, I would recommend putting on a couple swipes on top of your usual sunscreen and touching up throughout the day. My only gripe with this product is that the stick is really small so I will have to repurchase often.

The best sun-stick I've tried

AN ABSOLUTE GODSEND!!! Having such oily skin, acne prone and sensitive skin this product has made reapplying sunscreen so easy. In the mornings I would use the beauty of Joseon relief sunscreen and then apply the sun-stick on top to reduce some shine. I no longer use blotting paper or powder throughout the day when I get oily, I just use the sun-stick. I don't normally wear makeup everyday but on the days that I do I have noticed a bit of transferring with the sun-stick. Overall it's such a good product that I'll be stocking up on.

good, but not my favorite

this is a pretty good sunstick for reapplication throughout the day. there is no white cast on my skin, which is wonderful. however, if you have dry skin, you may want to try a more hydrating option. this looks beautiful and matte, but i find my skin starts peeling and pilling with it quite rapidly. i love the finish, though! will use up the rest of it but will likely repurchase a more hydrating option in the future.

great sun stick

I have tried it and although it îs one of The most Light weight you can still feel it on the face. I would still say i prefer the isntree one, you almost don't feel it on the face. The beauty of joseon sun stick is à bit more waxy but don't get me wrong it îs great, doesn't make you look oily and the packaging is cute and easy to fit în à poker or anywhere to have it on yourself. Definitelly recommend
