A great little barbie for the Brice. Compact and efficient, it’s portable but fairly heavy to move. Cooks evenly and is fairly clean with an effective drip tray. Happy addition to our family, but would have been good if it came with a hood. A bit irritating to have to order separately and then have to wait for stock. It means we have to keep it under cover. Otherwise it’s terrific.

Easy enough to assemble and connect gas. Heats up very quickly and cooks well. Very Happy so far with Purchase. Would like to have BBQ cover included or at least clearly advise cover available and cost. Now have to place another order separately. Will look elsewhere. I note HN currently advertising cover included with purchase.

I used the previous reviews to purchase the bbq and they spoke highly of it. I have used it a few times now and love it. Only very small complaint is the markings are rubbing off already in terms of which knob operates which side if the bbq, but that’s not the end of the world. Great it’s got both a grill plate and solid cooking plate which was the decider for us v buying the Webber and he heat is so good you can cook with the lid up. Value for money as against the Webber was another factor.

I like everything about this BBQ. Friends who have looked at it reckon it is superior to their Webers. The only issue was a series of paint chips on the rear of the hood. They are not prominent, but having seen them once I can't forget they are there. Other buyewrs have also reported the same issue, so Beefeater should be aware of it, but they have not fixed it. Not good enough.
I replaced my old Beefeater 4 burner used outdoors with a Bigg Bugg hoping for better heat control roasting in a beeeze. TickThe bug has plenty of plate and grill space for a taditional bbq for up to 10 people. It roasts very well with the wind having only minor effects. Its compact, well made and very easy to clean, requiring only a wipe down most of the time. Mines on natural gas and works fine on it, unlike a similar style bbq in a leading brand.
Had this bbq for about a month now and is just brilliant. The fact that it's powerful enough to cook with the lid open is a total game changer that just isn't possible with the best selling competitor. Did a load of research before I bought it and so glad I did. Easy enough for me and my dad to put together and probably took an hour or so. Massive cooking area with both a plate and grill option included as standard. Read other reviews about the grease tray not being big enough but I've cooked sausages, burgers, steaks, lamb, chicken and never even half filled it. Have been using it 2 or 3 times a week and would highly recommend it.
We really love our BeefEater BUGG BBQ, it is the perfect size for just the two of us or when we have friends over. Cooks the food perfectly, we can cook a whole deboned chicken in just 20 minutes and it's so juicy and tender. We use a BBQ hot plate liner so it's so easy to clean, just a wipe with a dishcloth to remove the grease splatter and it's done. We also love the removable sides tables, great for sitting plates on then stacks away back under the lid when we are done. We got a cover for the BUGG and it sits neatly on the balcony ready for the next time.
Bought the BIg Bugg on line but when we saw them in the shop, we felt the smaller Bugg would suit us. We were able to exchange without hassle. we have not used the Bugg as yet but were able to put it together quite easily and it looks well made and a great size for a couple to use even if catering for visitors.Only ackward point was installing the locking bolt to join the BBQ to the trolley. It was really still to remove and replace and I initially thought it was not going to come out. Needed a really heavy "yark" to come out and I thought this could have been better designed, particularly as it needs to be removed before accessing the drip tray.Overall, however, a great product for the price and a pleasing addition to our outdoor living area.
Big bugg BBQ A great quality Australian made Barbie you will love. It’s well made , easy to clean and very good looking to boot. The Big Bugg is the perfect size for a family dinner or entertaining on the patio with friends as it doesn’t take up a lot of space and can be wheeled away when not in use. I particularly like the removable stainless drip tray and removable side tables for easy storage but most of all I just love the way it looks 😊
The Beefeater BB722AA Bigg Bugg is a winner. it would be the hottest gas BBQ I've owned in 50 years. great for getting a char grill happening. easy to clean and it looks fantastic. besides normal BBQ's I've cooked a boned leg of lamb in a oven bag plus roast veg, all came out mouth watering. just don't put the veg in with the roast, wait till it's been on for 40 min or so. My potatoes carrots and pumpkin were done in like 30 - 40. had to take the off then put them back in with 10 -15 to go, it's all a learning curve as this BBQ has plenty of heat. I find I want to cook on this BBQ at every opportunity, love it.
