Great Item. Lots of controls, lots of inputs. LED lights on each channel make it easy to read. We use them in a clinic setting where parents observe from behind a two-way mirror. Usually with headsets but sometimes just use some inexpensive computer speakers - this amp can do both!

Super easy to use. Solid connections. Totally suitable sound. When I bought it, I did not even realize there are two phone outputs for each channel, so it's ready for 16 headphones without any splitting adaptors to complicate things. I'm using it for the first time to overdub eight voices to blend into a choir recording that is a little too roomy. Everyone gets their own headphones with their own volume preference. Works perfectly.

We use this in a classroom setting within a noisy convention floor (over 75db). All of our students can hear the lecturer perfectly and without the background noise of the convention floor. It worked so well that I ordered 20 more of them for this years convention. They were easy to set!up and the sound was great!
Using this a sort of distribution amplifier for several rack components... it feeds our CCTV modulator, tape dub rack, and a couple DVD recorders. Didn't need anything sophisticated - primarily needed control over stereo levels just for those components, and this thing did the trick for cheap. Can't comment on the quality, but seems to be just fine - the uses aren't mission critical.
