This has been a godsend, I’ve always wanted a bigger machine and finally took the leap, I’m so glad I did. Altho a little noisy on the spin cycle I can’t fault it. The quick 28min wash cycle has me 100% sold. So nice to put my king comforters in and know they’re going to actually be washed and not unbalance the machine. Altho the end of cycle beep isn’t near loud enough it’s not to much to stress over, I love the auto dose system, I can just set and forget and not have to put liquid or washing powder in for a week or so! How good. I would 100% recommend this to anyone that has a growing family or a king size bed etc.

Beko products are world class appliances. This washing machine is no exception. After owning a Beko washing machine for 9 years we decided to update to a new model and chose the 10kg Autodose model. We didn't look at the competition as we are so happy with our previous machine. The controls are simple to use and offer multiple wash cycle options. We found the build quality excellent. We have been so satisfied with the Beko products that I purchased the same washing machine for my daughter 3 years ago as well as a Beko dishwasher and cooktop. These appliances have been faultless. I would and do recommend Beko to all our friends and family.

At first I was reluctant to purchase this model because of the extra “auto fill” feature. The sales person insisted the extra money for this feature is well worth the investment! I joked with him saying this feature is for lazy people lol. After filling my machine with laundry liquid and fabric softener and using this feature almost every wash. I found the efficiency amazing! there is no waste, no accidentally overfilling your machine and walking into the laundry to an impromptu foam party! It is so economical and well worth the extra $$ Thankyou Beko I love my new machine with this added feature!

We purchased this front liader to replace a top load Samsung machine after the motor failed teo months out of a 2 year warranty. This machine has a 10 year warranty because you get an extra 5 years added to the standard 5 year warranty if you register it online. It has an auto dosing function that means I don’t need to worry about dispensing too much detergent because it sesnses the volume of washing in the tub and then dispenses just tge right amount. As a result we are using less than half the amount of detergent we used previously. It is an excellent machine giving me the option to use cold lukewarm or hot water and it hests tge water to the right temperature and I can select this for each washing cycle as well as the spin speed for delicate s and geavy garments ... The only drawback for me is the lower volume of washing that I can wash at a time - fir a family of 5 this just means more washing cycles per week A great product that I would recommend for families of 3 to 4 members.
First time buying a front loader washer, and I am very happy about it. The wash normally runs silently, which is completely different experience from a top loader one. Been using it for a month now, and still adjusting on how to load from time to time. Just tend to make noise sometimes, when I have a garment that is inside a gentle garment net. Also, after using for three weeks, it started smelling a bit. I do laundry for family of four, and probably because of kids stuffs that tend to be more soiled than adult ones. After using the tub clean function, I think the smell disappeared. I was not just expecting it though to smell immediately, given it said on the manual you can run the tub clean function every one or two months.

When LG went into spinning cycle, people living 3 floors down used to hear it. Now it is very quiet. I like my whites, real white and shiny rather than getting more grey tones every passing days. 90 Degree cotton cycle with Pre-Wash feature allows my whites to look bright white. (I also use Radiant detergent and Napisan combination). Yes, no hesitation, clothing comes out undamaged. So far we are very happy with our new Beko washing machine. We love all the different wash options, and are particularly pleased with the quiet operation, easy view front panel, simple operation, and light inside the drum when the wash has completed - makes it so much easier to check that you've removed all the washed items before putting the next load in. Also there is a far better range of wash temperatures and spin speeds than on our previous machine (it was 18 years old). The 'Quick wash' option is remarkable in a front loader - shortens the wash times down to top loader timeframes!
Great machine, really happy with it. Love the pet hair function which actually removes the never ending dog fur over everything! Auto dose is handy too, doesn’t use much laundry liquid in each wash but everything comes out beautifully clean. Only down side it it can be quite noisy and makes everything rattle when it’s on the highest spin cycle.
So far it's been a good sturdy machine, with a wide range of programs to suit the many types of loads generated by a busy household. The settings are relatively straightforward to use, but it would be nice if they were persistent between uses, as I'm sure most people would use one particular cycle much more than most of the others and it would be nice to not have to set small settings each time I use the machine. Other than that very minor gripe, it's been great. The quality of the wash has been good, and the fast wash setting is a great option for regular/lightly soiled items.

I was going to purchase another Electrolux, however the sales assistant did an excellent job convincing me to purchase this one as it had a larger drum. This was very appealing as I have four children and a lot of dirty clothes to wash each week. I have in fact purchased two of these machines in the period of less than a month. Not because it washes beautifully, but because the first one became unbalanced and rocked around so much it fell upside down and smashed. In fact the second one fell too. All thanks to my health and safety professional hubby. The inability of the machine to cope with an unbalanced load when spinning out is the only fault in this machine. Should the machine have been on the floor it would not have fallen anywhere, just gone for a lovely little walk away from the wall. In fact, the fuller the drum the better. For example, if I only put 5 towels in, the machine will unbalance and clunk away. Shove a sixth in, seemingly leaving very little space, and the machine is happy as Larry. I only gripe about this, as my previous Electrolux never fell. This was due to its wonderful feature of automatically slowing the spin to drain the water or pausing the process and sounding an alarm. Depending on how bad the unbalance was. If Beko added this feature it would be a 5 star machine. I like the auto dose function. However, only use it now for my fabric softener as since the second machine fell, I feel it goes through more detergent than previously. Which is possibly due to some internal damage. Unfortunately I simply cannot afford to purchase another machine. We have now screwed brackets into the plinth at the front to prevent the machine from going too far. Although, I do avoid putting it on at night or when I might be heading out, due to anxiety that I may not have loaded the machine correctly, it unbalances and makes it past those brackets.
