As a result, a power bank is useful in certain circumstances but is no longer the must-have accessory it once was. While I can appreciate featuring both port types, I would’ve preferred to see two USB-C and one USB-A port, as USB-C charging is much faster than USB—A, which is quickly becomming antiquated technology. A wireless charging feature also would’ve been a nice, modern addition. Overall, it’s fine and it works. It’s not mind-blowing, but it’s functional in certain circumstances.

Be Practical & Patient - This is a GREAT Power Bank!

I will say I read a lot of the reviews prior to purchasing and I was very skeptical prior to purchasing due to the reviews saying this power bank would not fully charge, the phone would get really hot, it was so heavy, etc. However, I will say that it does take a long time for the power bank to fully charge if/when you kill the battery. I’m talking like 12 to 14 hours. But it does fully charge, you just have to be patient. It also does make your phone warm when you’ve had it charging for a while. You just need to keep your eye on your phone and take it off when your phone is fully charged. No need to have it sitting there when it’s fully charged. I always carry this in my purse, in my car, and a lot of times I carry it around the house when I’m not close enough to an outlet. I would totally recommend this power bank and would purchase it again.

Buyer Beware - Fundamentally Flawed

Needed some portable chargers and bought 4. Connected them to fast USB-C chargers for hours, and nothing happened. No blinking light, no progress lights - nada. I tried Apple USB C cables, Thunderbolt cables, third party USB-C cables.Nothing happens.The ONLY cable that works to charge the Powerbank 10K is the included 5" USB-A to USB-C. It must be a nonstandard USB-C port in that it only recognizes Belkin's cable. But - what a stupid decision. Fast charge? No. Moved to your gear to USB-C? Excellent charger

Never buy a new charging device and not test it out before a trip, lesson learned! I bought one of those cute little portable phone chargers that plus right into your phone. Great for travel, right? Not so much; I ended up at the mercy of a very kind food truck vendor who let me charge my dead phone at 2 am while my fries cooked, and as soon as I got back to my hotel and devoured said fries, I immediately bought this lovely pink phone saviour for pickup the next day. This power bank has three ports (2x USB-A and 1x USB-C), which is great for all those Apple devices that have different charging cords. It fits nicely into an assortment of purse pockets, electronics organizers, even a jacket pocket once.

Excellent charging capacity, but make sure you have the right cables.

I bought this device days before Hurricane Beryl and wow was it a life-saver! It was fully charged right out of the box. We were able to fully charge several devices over a period of 2 days. It does take a bit of time to recharge, but once fully charged it lasts a long time! The only two drawbacks- it is a bit heavier than other models, and the included cable was incorrect (advertised as USB-A/USB-C, but the one in this package was a USB-A/micro-USB). We thankfully had another cable around to use for charging, but otherwise we’re very happy with the purchase.

Finicky and failing

I purchased this product just prior to a 3 week vacation in Spain. I knew we'd be taking a lot of photos and relying heavily on maps, both of which drain power. The device arrived fully charged so I did not test charging it (why should I?). Sadly, when it drained (in Spain), I *could not* recharge the device using a Belkin USB-C to USB-C cable plugged into a Belkin wall charger. I had to scramble to find and buy another power bank in Spain.Belkin did send a replacement, but it behaves almost no better.This device is very sensitive to the USB-C cables and power source. For example, my replacement will not, using the USB-C cable, charge my iPad Mini, but thinks it should be charged by the iPad Mini!Generally I like and have used Belkin products for years. While I don't have the ability or capacity to love non-biological items, devices, etc. We could develop a strong fondness for the performance of these Belkin BoostCharge 10,000 mAh power banks.After explaining the unreliable and substandard performance of a competitive power bank (allegedly having 25,000 mAh batteries...they were no way near than), a B&H staff member highly recommended this power bank. Can any of the top ports be used interchangeably, e.g. all three for charging the phone or, visa versa, the power bank itself? and so on). There are no labels indicating which specific port can be used for what. However, at less than $30, we're not complaining, as long as these have the capability to keep our phones charged.Thank you for the recommendation B&H.

The very limited explanation diagram doesn't make any sense. I was left in a vulnerable situation travelling alone abroad where I thought I had a fully charged power bank ( it says it is fully charged on the packet ) but couldn't get it to work. The first electrical shop ( when i finally got to a shop) couldn't make the device work. They directed me to a second shop that sold power banks. I was complaining about the device to the assistant as he was helping me choose another one. He had a look and worked it out. I was so grateful.

What a total let down and waste of money

Battery promotes 78 hours worth of charge but thats total cap. Most i've gotten out of it is like 15 max before it dies. Recharging the battery to full charge takes wayyy too long, I have plugged it in completely dead, came back about 4 hours later and it was barely half charged. And my biggest issue is the charging cable provided to charge the battery - why did yall think it was a good idea to make it like 5 inches long? You have to have something just the right height next to the outlet to sit it on otherwise you're straight out of luck. I have tried using other charging cables for it and it wont accept it, only the cable provided will work. It has been useful sometimes but totally not worth the $40 I spent. If I had known I definitely would not have bought this.

[Rewarded Review] USB-C ro USB-C Charging is Hit or Miss

ONLY BUY IF YOU DO NOT WANT USB-C TO USB-C FUNCTIONALITY.USB-C port will charge iPhones via USB-C to Lighting cables flawlessly. USB-C to USB-C charging of a iPhone 15 is hit or miss. Most times the USB-C port ends up pulling from tge device and charging the booster. Booster will not charge any of our three iPad Airs or iPad Pros via USB-C to USB-C. Booster will only cahrge from 5v/3A wall cahrges via usb-a to usb-c cable. Booster will not charge with Apple wall cahrger and USB-C to USB-C. Only will change ipads from usb-a. Confirmed with two different BoostCharge pros. ONLY BUY IF YOU DO NOT WANT USB-C TO USB-C FUNCTIONALITY.
