I purchased this product just prior to a 3 week vacation in Spain. I knew we'd be taking a lot of photos and relying heavily on maps, both of which drain power. The device arrived fully charged so I did not test charging it (why should I?). Sadly, when it drained (in Spain), I *could not* recharge the device using a Belkin USB-C to USB-C cable plugged into a Belkin wall charger. I had to scramble to find and buy another power bank in Spain.Belkin did send a replacement, but it behaves almost no better.This device is very sensitive to the USB-C cables and power source. For example, my replacement will not, using the USB-C cable, charge my iPad Mini, but thinks it should be charged by the iPad Mini!Generally I like and have used Belkin products for years. This ... Worked twice. Now won't charge my phone at all. It's fully charged, all four lights come on but it won't charge my phone. I am using the same cable that I have always used. Cable is fine. Now it's just a frustrating paperweight. I don't have the money to waste on things that aren't going to work.

The bank, when charged, lasts SO long and your devices charge pretty fast. However, when the bank needs to be charged...it takes FOREVER! Not to mention you need to charge it with a pretty powerful block. The last full charge took THREE days.

You have to dig deep down through internet to figure out how to charge the power bank in order to use it. It's crazy. This should be 100% intuitive.
I have a puzzling problem, and phone support was not helpful. Of the four charge status lights, only the first shows life: it blinks steadily after the status button is pressed. I have left the unit plugged into a charging station for more than 24 hours with no change. Despite the fact that the status lights seem to indicate the unit is discharged, I can connect to my iPhone and see that unit is receiving power from the Belkin. Any idea what is happening?
I bought the charger at the Curry's in Cheetham Hill (UK) in June 2022, and it worked fine for a while with my Android phone (though it is rather bulky and heavy). In recent months, even when fully charged it struggled to fill my empty phone to 40%, with the 5 lights on the side quickly fading to just one, and that involved my constantly unplugging and replugging because it would doze on the job. That's just not something you need to bother with when on the run, and it's a timely process. I would not recommend, sorry!
I love the color of this charger. The pink is so pretty! It’s a very good for the iPhone 13 pro max. You don’t have to charge it after every use like the Belkin 2500 charger that you stick to the back. This is very convenient. The only negative is when I’m charging my iPhone through the USB - C it keeps falling out if I’m walking with it in my hand. I tried using a Belkin cord and the same thing happens. It charges faster then some other chargers.
it does not have power passthrough. its totally useless if you want to use it as auto power failure backup for a router or camera.i mean, it can not charge itself and power up a device connected to it at the same time. when the charging of powerbank starts at usb-c port, it cuts off the power at usb-a ports.are you kidding me?
