Belkin USB/C 20K Power Bank Black

I was very happy to receive this product to review. I had been researching options to get and this came at the perfect time! It’s large, which means it contains more battery life, and is able to supply more power on the go when you need it — with less overall charging time to the unit. I got the beautiful pink color. It features two USB ports, and can charge multiple devices at once. Great product

The power bank itself looks solid and seems of great quality. It charges devices pretty quickly, being capable of simultaneously charging through the 3 ports.I used it to charge an iPhone 11, an iPhone 13 Pro, and an Apple Watch 8 at the same time - and it worked perfectly.However, I'm having some issues charging it. Although it is a USB-C device, it comes with a USB to USB-C cable in the box (10cm long). Nowadays, almost all chargers have USB-C connectors, so I had to dig for an old iPhone 11 brick to [try] charging it. The problem is that this brick doesn't seem to deliver the amount of energy required to charge the power bank. This power bank is super handy. Especially between keeping phones and iPads charged at all times. I keep this in my on the go bag and it honestly is a life saver. It charges my devices rather quickly and I can charge multiple devices before having to recharge the powerbank. I definitely recommend!

While I can appreciate featuring both port types, I would’ve preferred to see two USB-C and one USB-A port, as USB-C charging is much faster than USB—A, which is quickly becomming antiquated technology. A wireless charging feature also would’ve been a nice, modern addition. Overall, it’s fine and it works. It’s not mind-blowing, but it’s functional in certain circumstances.

I work on the go every single day. As a work from home mom, it’s important that I’m able to fit in work whenever I can.. between appointments, nap time, or an extra 5 minutes in the car. Every time I pack my diaper bag I also back my iPad, phone, and MacBook. It’s so helpful to have a reliable charger that will charge all three devices at the same time. Makes life much easier!

Extremely useful

I bought this before going on a 4 day hiking trip and it lasted (for two power-hungry mobile phones) the whole time with power to spare. Now I carry it with me day to day as backup for my laptop and phone.One of the negative reviews said that you can't use it to charge a device with a USC port - not true. The device comes with a USC to USB charging cable. When you are charging the powerbank, the USC end is in the power bank and the USB is in the mains plug. When I want to charge my macbook, I just put the USB end in the powerbank and the USC end in the powerbank and works perfectly.You do need to be mindful to turn the powerbank on when you want it to charge whatever it is plugged into (little white lights light up, so easy to tell).I agree with other reviewers ... MoreI bought this before going on a 4 day hiking trip and it lasted (for two power-hungry mobile phones) the whole time with power to spare. Good battery pack! A must have for commuters

It's a good power pack that does a great job of keeping even older phone charged so they don't die at inopportune moments during your workday (especially useful for NSW residents, since your phone's camera is likely getting a work out from scanning all those QR codes). My only complaint is that the charging cord is woefully short and there is no wall charger (unless you get a wall charger, the only way to charge the pack is on your computer). Otherwise, it's a great gadget to have in your bag when you're out and about.

Poor quality

We purchased 2 of these while visiting NYC during the Christmas holiday. The sales representative suggestively sold this brand opposed to another brand we were more familiar with. No immediate issues. They both worked, at best, 2 months. Both banks are fully charged however when connected to both iPhone and Android, NO CHARGE!

Slow charging

We needed the powerbanks due to loss of power in the home from the recent storm. Use this power bank and a different brand. This powerbank charged way too slowly. I bought 2 of them and they both took forever to charge. Will buy from the other brand instead, if I need more powerbanks in the future.

Wont charge if you have it plugged in to charge.

I plugged the power bank into wall charger and then plugged my phone into the bank to charge both overnight...in the morning the bank was displaying fully charged and phone had not been charged at all. When i disconnected the charger from the wall it started charging my phone from the power bank. I rand some tests to find that this cant be used like other power banks brands i have used...not happy will be taking back as there must be a fault.
