Belkin USB-C Cable with Lightning Connector

*This review is part of a free product promotion where I provide my honest feedback* Many times phone chargers do not reach where you need them in a way that is most convenient. This cord is an exception. Working from home, I can plug this cord into the outlet that is half way between my couch and my work area and move between the two charging my phone if needed and not have to unplug it from the wall and find a new outlet. I also am not afraid of forgetting to pick this cord up off the floor when I’m away and the rumba begins to go around the room. The braided cords are thicker and more durable which hopefully means it’ll last longer and stand the rest of time. I’m excited to see if this cord beats the one year lifespan of most others that aren’t as long or durable.

Basic charger

I've been using this charger for about two weeks now. I appreciate that it is Belkin which is an established brand that is trustworthy and makes quality products. The braided cord seems like it will be durable for a length of time. The strap and magnet make it nice so the cord isn't hanging all over the place or getting tangled on things; you can easily just attach it out of the way. It says it has a "lightening connector" which made me think that it would charge my things very quickly, but I am not noticing any difference from any other charger. This is a basic and well made charger that I would recommend if you are looking for a new one!

Don't buy - broke after 1 month!

Don’t waste your money! I did NOT receive this product as part of a promotion. Bought this on 01/04/22 and it’s 02/03/22 today and this cord already has failed and needs to be replaced. It won’t keep the charge and I have to constantly manipulate the cord to try and keep my phone/iPad charging. The issue is with the portion at end that connects to my phone. I have had Apple chargers last longer than this one - and that’s saying something. The thicker cord seems like it should be more durable, which is why I bought it, but it definitely is not.

Great Purchase

I absolutely love this cord! I love that it's long enough and these cords are durable. Would recommend these products! I purchased a new phone and needed a new cord. Belkin was my go to place for additional cords that work for my iPhone.

Incredibly disappointing

Spent the extra money for a branded high quality charger from a retailer trusted for quality, but unfortunately that didn't pan out. I also didn't keep the receipt and the charger is useless. Another reviewer mentioned that it seems to sometimes charge and other times not, and I have also found this to be true. Tried on multiple devices with same results. Cable has to be positioned so precisely and is touchy when you let go, walk away, etc., and I often find after returning that even though it was charging when I left it that it did not continue doing so and battery charge has barely improved. Aside from its pure function of charging, I was unhappy with the heft of the product. Belk in boost charger pro USB-C cable with lighting connectorLooks to be very durable the cord is very thick. The length of the charger has a longer end than most ends. When I pick up my iPad the cord end doesn’t twist. It is tangle resistance with a cable strap making it easier to store. I like to travel with this over my other charger cords because it can be stored in my glove department easily without the cord not getting tangled. The magnetic on the cable is nice when I am in the kitchen using my iPad. After charging it is easy to store the cable on my refrigerator. That helps keep it out of the way. It charges faster than my other chargers. I am very happy with this charger!

Practically perfect!

I wish all charging cables were made like this! This cable is made of a strong braided nylon material. It is strong and very flexible, making it perfect for taking it with you, whether for traveling or just for your daily commute. You can drop it in your bag, backpack, or briefcase without having to worry about breaking the wire by wrapping it up. At 6 and a half feet, the length is great for virtually any use or location. One thing I really appreciate about it is that it doesn't get all tangled up with my other charging cords. That's so nice! It's also super durable, supposedly up to 30 times more durable than other cords. First, a rather simple feature: a soft magnetic loop that helps keep it neat and manageable. Why don't all cables have this?! It not only keeps the cable itself tidy, but there's a small magnetic disc you can put on almost any surface to allow the charger cord to stick to it. Brilliant. But, of course, with any charging cable, the most important thing is how quickly it can power your devices. This cable is FAST! It completely charges my phone in about an hour. No wonder it's my favorite!The only things I would change about this charging cord are the length and compatibility. I chose the 2 meter cord, but I would like to try the 3 meter one next time. Also, I wish it had an adapter or something for older iPhones like my husband's. He can't use this one for his iPhone 7, unfortunately. Aside from those small issues, I wholeheartedly recommend this fantastic charging cable! It's worth paying a little more for, and I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Quick charge, well made

Moving Into USB C meant I have needed all new cords. This Belkin is the best I have used! It rapidly charges. It’s a great length, it’s silicone so durable and flexible. One of my favorite features is the magnet and cord connection. I have it set up on my desk, voila, no more searching for the cord! It’s always right where I left it, happily hugging it’s magnet! Works quick, charging much faster than my make do lightning cables. Solid buy!

So far it's great

The Belkin - BoostCharge USB-C Cable with Lightning connector, Braided Silicone, 2 meter, with strap + Magnet, Black seems to be well made. The cord is more pliable than other products I've used. The speed of the charge seems to be faster than the cable that came with my device. The included strap is super nice. I like that it has this strap as it keeps my cord nice and tidy. The connections seems to be nice and tight and hold very well to my device and block. I feel like this cord won't bend and break as easily as other cords I've used in the past. I definitely recommend this product as my experience with it has been great so far.

Super Lightning Fast Charger

I love the Belkin BoostCharge USB-C Cable for my iPhone. It charges faster than the original cable. I can go from 0% to 50% in a few minutes. A full charge takes about 15 minutes. A perfect fit for my charging port, it does not wiggle or shake loose. It's perfectly secure. I love the magnet feature which makes it convenient to mount onto my desk and I don't have to search for the cord. The cord is a great long length. I love the quality of Belkin products and was not disappointed with this charger.
