Bellroy Card Sleeve Wallet - Black

Exceptional. I have some fine motor issues so was looking for a way to carry and access my frequently used cards quickly without having to fumble them out of traditional tight card slots in my purse. This is perfect! And it’s narrow enough to go into the coin or card area of my various bags so I can change bags quickly confident that I have all the important things that I need. It’s beautifully made of quality materials so I’ll have this cleaver little thing with me forever! That’s value for money… buy well, buy once as they say. That’s Bellroy to a tee.

I'm writing post Covid so here we hardly use cash anymore, however I still need to carry around lots of cards and this is the wallet to use.It holds 10 cards easily and some cash if need be.The leather stretches so it becomes easier to use after a few weeks.The slim small size means you can put it in any pocket, though having said that at the time of writing I have never tried the watch pocket in my jeans yet so let's say most pockets.

Compact Size With Limitations

This is a compact, neat little card holder. However, I wish I had read the previous reviews before purchase. You need to put quite a few business/credit cards in the centre portion otherwise they will fall out. I bought this because I don't want to carry a lot of cards around with me and this design means that you have to carry a few cards or pad out the centre portion with paper money or something else. I shall be returning it. On the plus side, it is well made in good quality leather.

Excellent minimalist wallet

Over the past few years I have really pared-down what I carry in my wallet. I've moved most of my payment and rewards cards to a digital wallet and so really only need to carry my license, my work ID, a back up payment card and a $20 bill. This wallet handles all of that with plenty of room to spare. I picked up the obsidian version and it looks and feels great and I foresee it holding up well over the next few years.

Good, not perfect

Maybe it will stretch out a little, but this cardholder is a bit tight. All of the cards that fit in my last cardholder with the same configuration are a little hard to retrieve in this new one. I like the material and the craftsmanship so will make a go of it.

Minimalist dream

This is a great option for those wanting to slim down their everyday carry. Bellroy quality is top notch as usual. The leather is thin and soft but durable, the stitching is perfect. I carry 5 cards in the middle slot, one card in the front slot, and cash folded twice at the back. The one drawback is that cards in the middle slot will fall out if you shake the wallet upside down. The leather stretches and loosens a bit. Taking off a star for that. Overall, a great purchase!

One of the smallest form factor wallets

If you are looking for a durable, good quality, slim wallet, this is the one.Unlike many slim card holders, this is made of leather. It is more durable and feels sturdier than the many cloth alternatives. Despite being leather, it is still extremely slim, barely wider and taller than a credit card.The pull tab mechanism to access the middle for additional cards sticks out a bit, unless the cards are firmly pushed deep into the slot, which takes an extra second to achieve.There is no good slot to hold money, however when folded into thirds, up to 3 bills can be placed comfortably without really affecting the thin profile.

Slim card holder

Been using this for the past 2 weeks and am so farimpressed. This is a lightweight and slim card holder meant to cut down as much bulk as possible. The leather is very thin to reduce any extra bulk this will be a positive or negative for some. The leather feels durable and pretty good quality. It is fairly stiff at first but appears to be breaking in now and becoming softer with use. I am using this card holder to carry 6 cards +1 business card and 6 bills of cash. It meets my needs while being slim enough to go in a front pocket. Will be a daily driver for some time to come.

THEY DO IT AGAIN!

Bellroy makes great products. I am using this to store extra cards I need for work and life, and a few business cards. The product feels well made and looks great. The functionality of the pull tab is perfect. I dream of the day I Marie Kondo my wallet and can go to only using this.I currently have 4 plastic cards in it, and about 6 business cards. Everything fits! Organize my whole life Bellroy!

The best minimalistic cardholder

I purchased this after my Gucci cardholder, after 10 years of service, felt too loose and cards falling out of it after losing retention.I checked out bellroy, because they are know for their wallets. When I received it, it was slightly smaller in diameter than my previous cardholder and much slimmer, but hold more cards and even cash.I like that it has a tab you can pull to access cards in the middle compartment.I really enjoy it and goes to tell you that you don't need luxury brand wallets to hold your essentials.
