Not quite sure really. There certainly could be improvements to justify the £79 cost. For example the flap that 'conceals' the 'secret' cash folder pops up when the wallet is opened. This is a dead giveaway that there is another folder. Plus, the English notes get trapped under the flap which again makes it obvious that there's another part.Maybe it's me expecting too much but the expensive marketing hype leaves the product lacking. Only time will tell. I'm hoping that the leather flap wears in a bit and becomes more supple. I don't know about the English tenners though. I think they may still get stuck under the flap. So, at the moment I would judge this product to be overpriced.

I like the quality and the leather feel. I absolutely do not like the metal badge on the front. I didn't think it would be a big deal but I occasionally stick my phone in my pocket with my wallet. I have to pay close attention to the orientation of the wallet and the phone now. Kind of annoying because I only slip my phone in my wallet pocket when something unexpected comes up.I was also not blown away by how thin it is. Apparently I already had a "thin" wallet because the hide and seek is right about the same. The "hidden" bill holder in the back is anything but. The cover flap is so thick that it is obvious and wants to pop open all the time. It also adds noticeably to the girth of the wallet. If I could have a version without some of the sneaky "hidden" pockets ... MoreI like the quality and the leather feel. I absolutely do not like the metal badge on the front. Got the Hide & Seek wallet as a gift for my husband. He liked it instantly! We both liked the quality of the leather and the stitching looks perfect. The edges are well done thus giving the wallet a polished look. It has a lot of compartments but still looks slim and compact.

After about 2 weeks of using it i really like this wallet a lot. I thought i ordered black, but pleasantly surprised to see I actually ordered the grey. Sometimes i catch my elf distracted/admiring the nice blue interior when I open it to pay for things. I've received many compliments on it. The interior leather is a bit thin so I flip my cards around so they don't leave imprints through the leather. I wish there was an extra interior horizontal pocket to tuck into left side, much like a traditional wallet but instead I have placed my extra card with the bills. The leather is so smooth which feels so nice in the hand but has the potential to slide out of your back pocket depending on the material of your pants/shorts. I am worried about scratches in the leather on ... MoreAfter about 2 weeks of using it i really like this wallet a lot. I am worried about scratches in the leather on the outside, but have non so far, as well if my jeans my darken the nice gray. The stitches are all nice and straight. Have not tried the RFID protection, but my Tile tracker is not effected by it.
I've used this wallet for approximately 1.5 years now. I will allow it is a very sleek and elegant looking wallet. However, I recently discovered that two of my rarely used credit cards ended up breaking right at the pocket seem where the card pokes out so you can grab it. It happened to two cards on the right side of the wallet, specifically the top and middle right pockets. I'm pretty disappointed that now essentially half the wallet space is useless to me now, and I'll probably start looking around for a replacement wallet soon.
So happy to see that this wallet exists! It exceeds wallet expectations. It’s polished, masculine, yet slimline. Easy to carry and has adequate storage. A plus not having too many cardholders. The secret compartment is just smooth!
I lost my last wallet pretty recently, so gambler's fallacy and my memories of that hassle made me want to buy something that would last. This wallet has a high quality build, great design and a hidden pocket for fun. The box it comes in can also serve as a tray to store it near your door, I thought that was neat. In short, it's a wallet that's slightly nicer than other wallets I've had. If anyone asks how much it cost, just tell them you bought it for the owl.
