The more kinds of Belvita that I try the more that I absolutely LOVE them. My newest favorite kind is their Peanut Butter Breakfast Sandwich. They are a-m-a-z-i-n-g! I don't know how they manage to make peanut butter between two Belvita biscuits so delicious, but they do! If you like peanut butter, these are definitely for you! Belvita breakfast biscuits have been a part of my workout and daily routine for a long time. Of all the flavors they make, blueberry is my favorite. With four biscuits in a 1.76 ounce pack, they are a little high in calories at 230 calories, so I frequently split them up and eat two biscuits early in the day and the other two later. For that reason, I wish they came in a 2 biscuit pack. I like that they provide four hours of steady energy, which gives me an afternoon pickup if I don’t have access to coffee or a cola. They are convenient to keep in my purse, car, gym bag, or suitcase. I have frequently taken them on an airplane when meals are not provided. Because there is no chocolate or costing, I don’t have to worry about them melting in warm weather.

I wanted something that would be filling and nutritious. Unfortunately, it was not a win in our household. My children did not like the taste and I myself thought they tasted stale and like cardboard. It’s not a snack you keep on reaching for because the taste is delicious. I also missed to read the ingredients and nutrition label. I couldn’t believe how much sugar these breakfast cookies had or the gross ingredients such as canola oil and sugar malt syrup these cookies had as well. I love love love this brand in both sandwich and single version in chocolate flavor. I like chocolate biscuits but not overly sweet ones and now I’m selecting the ones that are Made of whole wheat and natural flavors. Snacks that won’t spike my sugar levels. This one is great. I had this many times when I’m in hurry or don’t feel like making my breakfast. Taste is great and i keeps me full until 4 hours easily. Sometimes I take it with milk, sometimes with my green tea or coffee. I had one pack of 4 individual biscuits along with “KIND protein bar”and I was good to go on hike. Prevented me from packing tons of food and took great care of my basic needs with minimal packing. I was able to stay energetic for upto 6 hours easily.

They are thin, crispy and just the right amount of sweetness.They have no high fructose corn syrup, artificial flavors, or sweeteners. Each package has 18-20 grams of whole grains and 3 grams of fiber.Overall, I do think that these are pretty good but there were a couple things that I did not like. One package is 230 calories which I think is steep. So are Belvita Breakfast Biscuits healthy? Poor Shipping Practices

Tried to order these with other groceries for same day home delivery. Was informed they would need to be "shipped." We needed them, so I agreed to the shipment. BIG MISTAKE!! They were sent (2 boxes of them) in a large yellow envelope without any protective packaging/padding. They arrived with the yellow envelope looking like it had been the "ball" in an Alabama/Auburn (WAR EAGLE!!) grudge match! upon opening the package, I found the boxes inside to be torn, partly crushed, smeared with ink and some sticky charcoal colored "matter." Upon further investigation, I discovered that the biscuits (all but one of the individual packs of 4) were broken...actually crushed...to the point that the contents were the consistency of ground coffee, with a chunk or 2 of biscuit ... MoreTried to order these with other groceries for same day home delivery. Perhaps I should have ordered these breakfast biscuits with the shirts...they might have been safe that way. I'll take the loss of these biscuits and the few dollars they cost, but I won't have anymore shipped to me.
