I fancied a change of tipple so made myself a tall glass of cordial with a tiny tot of ouzo. Smooth drinking and a nice change as I don’t drink coffee after 3pm. I appreciate the fact it doesn’t leave me thirsty like some cordials

This just tastes of elderflower, which would be fine if thats what it was. Bought this to replace the Rasperry, elderflower & rose which I loved but is no longer sold or possibly made. This was very disappointing.
Bought this by mistake (thought I was purchasing a sparkling drink) but it's delicious and will now become a firm favourite in our household. Top it with sparkling water or soda water if you fancy a bit of fizz but just as nice with still water.
I'd much prefer my sugary drinks were honest sugar than chemical compounds, and it's great to be able to control the strength this way, too, given the pre-mixed are usually too sickly and syrupy. Belvoir is just a reliably good brand, with excellent flavour mixes. Tastes of summer.
This has been my favourite drink during the summer. The taste is refreshing & light. More economical than presse. It needs to be kept in the fridge once opened.
Firstly, you need to add quite a bit of cordial to get any real flavour. It looks pretty but the rose flavour is too subtle and even the elderflower seemed subdued. Perhaps it is because I used sparkling water. It may be better with still water. I think I will go back to the Bottle Green Elderflower one. Actually the season is right to make my own, using the Mary Berry recipe. Much cheaper and rewarding!!
I love Elderflower so I was excited to try this. To me, it tastes mostly of Elderflower with a light touch of Rose which was a perfect balance. I will be buying again soon. I love it!
Love this stuff! I choose to mix with water but also is delicious with sparkling water. Refreshing elderflower flavour with a light rose twist. I find rose can be very overpowering so I was pleased that it's just a light hint. The colour is very pale once out of the bottle which can be difficult to judge the dilution so be careful not to add too much as a mixer! Packaging is gorgeous too, lovely glass bottle, very classy!
