Best Bang for Buck 4K UHD projector

Bang for buck this is easily the brightest, sharpest and easy to use projector anywhere near this price range. It is especially good at performing in a bright environment but
calibrates extremely well in a darkened cinema environment. HDR is surprisingly effective considering the low cost and though missing features such as lens shift and any
"smart tv" integration, those savings are spent on the image quality. Sound is weak but functional if used for business purposes. Anyone else would/should attach this to a
dedicated AV system and for gaming it's surprisingly responsive with fluid 60fps motion.

The projector worked excellent once I figured out my initial problem, which was that one of my cables wasnt a high speed cable. Once I finally got that figured out, I was able
to count every hair in the new Avatar movie! Unfortunately, upgrading from a BenQ HT2050, meant that I had to remount the projector closer to the screen, exposing the
power and HDMI cords, and partially covering the ceiling light. Ive ordered a black wiring management to mount to the ceiling to hide the wiring a bit, still waiting for it to
come in. The projector works great both with the lights on or off. The only thing I was a little disappointed in, was the fan grill was damaged when I received it. It ...

First off the projector looks great overall, picture is crisp and the colors are vivid. All the positive reviews are correct that this potentially is a great projector. Unfortunately for
me, I have the projector ceiling mounted and for some reason there is a weird light pattern that displays at the bottom 1/3 of the image regardless of whether there's a
projected image or the unit is just turning on. This issue isn't visible on bright scenes but ruins dark ones where it almost looks like a camoflauge of white light overlaid on the
image and dark areas of the screen. I have emailed BenQ images of the issue and am awaiting a response. Would love to give this 5 stars because on bright sce...

With this great deal I upgraded movie night from my 50" plasma to a 116" theater experience! The picture in total darkness is amazing, and it's pretty decent with some
ambient light too. Setup was super easy. The controls are also easy to use, and shifting between light intensity and cinema/sport/etc mode is just a click of a button. This is my
first projector, very happy with this purchase. It shipped on time and securely in factory packaging.

This is my second purchase of the same projector. I was impressed by the performance of the first one, so decided to replace the second TV with this projector.Based on my
testing and research, this is the best projector if you don?t want to have a dark room. The picture quality is great even in the day time.The expensive ones from other brands
give a bit better quality but their performance in a room with ample light isn?t great. However, this specific model gives super performance in the day time too.Only thing I
ask of Benq is to add horizontal screen adjustment and improve on the speaker quality!Overall, for this price range, this is a very good projector. Kudos Benq!

Upgraded from a state of the art projector from 8 years ago. Not disappointed. Clear high quality image with sufficient settings to adjust as needed. Brightness is terrific for
family viewing of videos. HD broadcasts respond well, BluRay discs are sharp, and computer screens are displayed corner to corner. Using Windows 10 HDR settings provides
greater subtlety and detail. Overall an enjoyable experience in many modes. Only downside is sound quality, but have projector integrated with an audio system so by pass
projector audio with total effect that is similar to being in a theater when conditions are right. In sum, pleased and exceeded expectations for the price point.

The first one they sent me had a white dot on the screen. So they replaced it with a new one; however, after a year or so, the replacement now has white dots appearing. A
very poor device; I would never buy anything from BenQ. Very poorly made products. I am stuck with a $2k projector for now, with a visible white dot on the screen on the
right side. :( It also struggles to switch from 1080p to 4K screens. It takes about 60 seconds to shift modes. Just a poor device; stay away from it.

First dealing with B&H has been very easy and pleasant every one of the few times I have used them over the years. The web site works great. It is easy to compare similar
products and selection is wide. Checkout is straight forward. Delivery is usually free (to Montana) and prompt. The BenQ TK800M fit my criteria and was on sale. It has great
resolution, bright image and beautiful color. It is very quiet. We are projecting on a 98 by 54 inch gray screen which fits it's native format nicely. My family was wowed. I am
very satisfied especially at the price.
