ELITE mouse...Having played with this mouse for a little over a week now, I will say this is one of the better mice I have used in the last couple years. The only issue I have, is the coating on the mouse attracts oils very easily. I typically wash my hands and apply lotion before I play, and it all shows up. Good idea to keep the wet wipes around.Last thing I will mention is this is strictly a Claw grip mouse. I did not find it comfortable to hold the mouse any other way, but it is pretty easy to get use to.

I think the mouse is built awesome. Like any zowie mouse. I've owned a S2 and EC3 before I got the U2. It's the shape of the U2 that is not for me. While it is very nimble, it forces me to grip it a certain way that puts my ring finger in a painful position. Like, it got so painful to the point I stopped using the mouse altogether. Could just be my weak fingers. It may be due to the huge curves and also being narrow on the sides. Who knows.

First off, I love all Zowie mice. Sadly, my favorite, EC2, was always slightly uncomfortable to me moving certain directions. The U2 feels amazing sitting in my hand. It's slightly lighter in weight than EC2, so I had to adjust by lowering my sens (20% in total).I have been hitting crazy spray transfers in CS and it feels great.I have owned the mouse for at least 2 weeks and can't find any complaints, ok just one. The scroll wheel is a little too sensitive for each "tick" or cycle/turn, whatever you want to call it. I find myself jumping or pulling out Secondary (upwheel) too often, more so than previous Zowie mice.Apart from that, this mouse is a game changer, especially if the grip is a match for you. The U2 is nearly exactly what I was hoping for as a wireless s2 replacement. It’s a great shape, decent weight although a little heavier than competition, but feels nice in hand.I’m very happy with it and use it as my workstation mouse.I wish it was a little shorter length wise, I have ~18.5cm hands and use a claw grip and the extra length of the mouse makes it difficult to microcorrect and track accurately in fps games for me.I like it, but the final mouse ultralight x medium is my go-to gaming mouse for now.
One of the best mouse in 2024 for sure!I tried 100+ with diff form, but this Zowie release stands over plenty of 'em.Even 35 gr Finalmouse Ultralightx Lion didnt make me so much smile while playing in cs or kovaaks.Mice form - more comfortable that gpx and zowie s1c.Coating - on very high level, very grippyWeight - big surprise from Zowie - 60gr )) feels better after ec1cw brick ))Clicks - very crispy if u tunned screws under the mouseSensor - Flagship nowadays 3395. Great addition on mouseAccessorizes - 2 cables, 2 dongles, 1 pair if ptfe glides. Huge + rep to ZowieConclusion - I highly recommend this mouse
Was dying to try a new wireless mouse that was in the same league as the superlight, but everything I saw was either the same kind of shape or were lighter but sacrificed in some other ways that I was not a fan of. Saw the U2 announcement and as a fan of the EC2a for 6 years and after seeing a very particular review I was sold. First off the packaging is probably the best I've ever gotten from a product ever, seriously it feels extremely premium. The out of box experience was a bit confusing at first with the different kinds of charging options and not knowing which was best right away, but after reading the short manual I was locked in with the low latency dongle/charger. The out of box experience was a bit confusing at first with the different kinds of charging options and not knowing which was best right away, but after reading the short manual I was locked in with the low latency dongle/charger. The shape is perfect for how i hold the mouse which is a bit of an angled fingertip grip, and the rear hump only offers support without feeling in the way like I had with the superlight. The size is also perfect for my smaller hands ~17x9cm. The only issue but also pro of the mouse is that there is no software, everything is done and remembered on the mouse which will only be a bit tricky when setting up your DPI (include which each setting's color is in the manual please) It's easy for find out,but could help certain people who may not be able to tell DPI differences easily. The battery is also very very good, i have yet to run out of battery while playing and only really charge when watching videos or eating, which is real easy to do because you just plop the mouse on the charging dock which is AWESOME and so much better than having a dedicated USB with a cable that you sometimes will use. The charging lights could be a bit better and I have no idea if it becomes obvious when it gets low on battery, but that might just be a me issue. Anyways, it's hard to think of any bad issues with this wonderful mouse and was super happy and pleased with my preorder
I had an older Zowie (wired) and it was good but you could tell it was older and couln't stand up to the newer mice (Superlight, etc.) but with this new size and design it really is a major difference. I really use it for CS:2 and use my Superlight for day to day tasks and I can tell the difference straight away when switching. It's pretty mind blowing how the new shape makes the mouse feel so amazing in the hand. I have smaller hands and this fits perfectly. Really recommend!
The unique shape of this mouse fits nicely in my hand it’s comfortable to hold and use. The clicks on the buttons are nice short and have a good sound. The coating on the mouse is great and even when my hands get sweaty I don’t have trouble with my grip on it. Either my thumb is a little short or the side buttons are a little far forward because I have to reach to get a firm click on the front side button. I do wish the mouse had a higher polling rate but that’s really my only complaint if you can call it that otherwise a great little device that shipped out quick and delivered within the week.
ONE OF THE BEST SHAPES BY ZOWIE! *Still waiting for a ZA-CW*ZOWIE U2Shape: The shape is really nice for claw grip its a narrow mouse with deep inward curves at the sides of the mouse kinda makes it feel like an ergo.Weight: 60g. Lightest zowie mice out as of now and the balancing is top notch!Sensor: 3395 sensor. I had no issues with regards of the sensor implementation of this mouse, no hiccups whatsoever. It is a very well implemented mouse. (No higher polling rate as of now) motion sync can also be enabled.Coating: Nothing is new with regards of zowie coatings, it is really grippy even with humid environments. The downside is its a fingerprint magnet.Click implementation: Zowie uses huano switches with this mouse and the click feel is top notch as usual! ... MoreONE OF THE BEST SHAPES BY ZOWIE! *Still waiting for a ZA-CW*ZOWIE U2Shape: The shape is really nice for claw grip its a narrow mouse with deep inward curves at the sides of the mouse kinda makes it feel like an ergo.Weight: 60g. Side buttons is one of the best as well.Features: The mouse has the enhanced receiver same that functions as a wireless charger dock.Verdict: The mouse is worth the try and it can very well be your endgame! Zowie killed it with this release. I would like to see different sizes in the future for this mouse.
This mouse is unbelievably comfortable for claw grip. I have a more small/medium sized hand and I am not the largest fan of gaming mice that exceed 125mm. That being said, the narrow shape of the mouse feels very natural and the hump position is perfect. I did buy grip tape for the U2 but that is just my preference. The dual receiving options are fantastic for a dual PC streamer setup as you can easily flick back and forth between the two receivers. This mouse has been my replacement for Logitech's Superlight 2.
