Perfect oem replacement for the Benriner Slicer
We used to use these when I worked as a chef in a Vietnamese restaurant, and I always wanted to buy one but couldn't afford it on my apprentice wages. Finally treated myself to one 10 years down the track and many years out of kitchens and I can't believe I waited so long - absolutely love this thing, does the most beautiful julienne, super fast to slice things thinly and no gimmicky bits like most home cooks mandolin. Very easy to clean and change out the blades. Love it!
Well constructed. Removable blades can be resharpened.Would advise the larger size for shredding cabbage for slaw.
The Benriner Classic Slicer is a tool that I really cannot live without. It makes slicing vegetables finely so easy. I love how sharp it is. Just gotta watch your fingers.
Fits my Benriner slicer perfect & now it's like brand new! My blade was dull & seemed to awkward to sharpen. Glad I found this so I didn't have to purchase a new slicer
Extremely sharp ! found it a little tricky to get the other blades off to change around but once I got it I was able to change them easily- Very happy will be slicing everything with this- super quick and easy and Great shopping experience with Everten :-)
The kids & I have been having fun trying to find something that the mandoline wont slice. Even slices soft tomatoes with ease. I'm very happy with this. My only issue is I cant put it in the dish washer which goes against my laziness.
