Not an ideal choice for Samsung S21 Ultra and other heavy mobiles. Feels a bit unstable when mobile is held in vertical mode and BK15 used as a tripod with full extension. As the mobile is held towards one side the center of gravity shifts and the tripod falls down. Benro could fix it by making the legs extend a bit more outwards/a bit more horizontal to the surface or maybe borrow the design from Samsung selfie stick. Does reasonably well in horizontal mode though as a tripod as well as selfie stick. Also the grip should have been rubberized at least in one of the legs but then maybe it would have increased the price which is quite attractive.

The selfie stick is a very sturdy product. The only problem I had is with the remote, its very fiiddly trying to keep the remote switched on, it turns off in a few seconds. That is the reason I have the product a 3 star rating.

This is an excellent accessory that is able to accomodate wide (3.5 inches) smart phones. The cap for the battery compartment to the remote control is very fragile and flimsy. It has a slot for a coin to unscrew it. But even slight pressure will tear open the slot. That is what happened the first time I tried to open it. so I had to secure the cap with scotch tape.

I bought this tripod and really enjoy it.It is very easy to carry around and very easy to setup.Takes wounderful pictures.
The tripod is great. Sturdy. Collapses to just under 8. The remote, however, needs a better design. Once it's on, the indicator light turns off. So, you can't tell whether it's on or off. If the indicator light stayed on, when the remote is on, all would be solved. It's still worth buying just to get a really well made tripod.
On the product page the pictures of the Benro BK 10 displayed and in the product description you say that "GoPro style and smartphone adapters with a removable Bluetooth remote." but this product has a completely useless remote powered by battery. The selfie stick itself is also worst quality than the Benro BK 10. I am very disappointed with this purchase and as I can see you don't even sell the Benro BK 10 anymore.
Very heavy and not comfortable to use .Opening the battery compartment the pins broke and i had to put a tape to operate .No complete introductions ......that's why
It folds small enough to keep in a small carry-on bag. Connect easily with my Iphone whenever I want ti use it. The detachable trigger is great when used as tripod.
This is amazing and all you need for make good and professional content for social media. It is very light weight.
