I bought Bepanthen instead as a replacement, overall it works, but found it leaves my skin bit oily and doesn't take effect as quick as Dettol does. Dettol cream dries quickly without a greasy feeling and heal my skin at same day i applied, but this one may take few days

I use this for any minor open wound and can I say this is the best antiseptic cream I've ever used up until now? It doesn't sting at all when I apply this cream I'm surprised that applying ointment can be painless. It also speeds up the healing process by a little as I'm also more inclined to reapply often since it doesn't hurt.

Any Bepanthen cream helps me so much with scar healing. I had a thyroid tumor and used Bepanthen on my wound from the operation and the scar is now almost invisible. The doctor even said it is the best scar from his operations.
Great product! Great value for money and has A LOT of product. I used this on one tattoo for 3 weeks, twice a day and it is still pretty much full. It kept my tattoo clean and free of infection and would 100% recommend this to people with new tattoos or even to clean and cover a cut, open wound or any cut really.
I’ve been using this for years for many different applications & never been disappointed, As it is antiseptic in firm of a moisturising cream it’s great to use on those “ouchy” wounds or sensitive areas. Some applications I’ve fiund highly beneficial are after a tattoo, sunburn, chapped lips, dry wounded skin. I’ve never had a negative result ysing this product & highly revommend it as a staple in your medicine cabinet
I wanted Johnson and Johnson First Aid cream, but it is no long made. Then, I tried Ambix First Aid Cream. Now, I can no long find that brand, I took a chance on this first aid cream. It stings a little when I put it on an open sore, but so far, I'm pleased with it.
My daughter put me on to this cream as it was recommended to her after she had a tattoo done on her arm & the tattoo artist said this Bepanthen cream was the best for tattoos but I wanted a cream that is very effective & have spoken to many people who have used it & all had good results.
I always keep Antiseptic Cream around the house for unexpected infections from scratches and cuts. This product is very affordable and works. I buy this on a regular basis and will buy again.
