The concept, design and appearance seemed awesome, so I was keen to get one. It looked like the perfect way to leave my reels attached to the rods for quick access but still protect the rods in the adjustable rod tube. I bought one from my local Anaconda store, took it home to insert the rod only to discover that the stitching on the inside tube was poorly made and falling apart. I wasn’t happy but understand this can happen, so I returned the following day to swap it over. Inspecting the 2nd Rod tube this time I saw that the double stitching on the zipper of the outside tube was faulty. So out of 2 rod tubes they were both poorly made. I almost gave up but grabbed a 3rd Rod Holder and inspected it very closely to look for further issues. Their only saving grace is that I couldn’t find another brand that provided the same concept. I suspect however this will change in the near future.
