Berocca Energy Mango & Orange 15 Effervescent Tablets

Bought this promo pack during 7.7 sale. Arrived on 10/7. Fast delivery. However, am disappointed that it’s short expiry! expiring in 4.5 mths to be exact! I hv 6 tubes to clear now before expiring. Nothing was mentioned about the expiry date when I bought it. Bayer - That’s not the way to do sales!

I initially got introduced to Berocca through my cousin who's working at that time with Bayer Company (Philippines). When it comes to meds/vitamins, orange flavor is my best choice. So yes, i tried it. It has all the necessary Vit. B Complex and minerals like calcium, zinc and magnesium. Also, it has Vit. C which helps to reduce tiredness and helps you feel on the top round of the day. Indeed, a glass of this and it gets me through a pretty hectic day at work. I find it better to use than a coffee. But one thing I just saw, the packaging says it contains aspartame, an artificial non-saccharide sweetener 200x sweeter than sucrose, having both pros and cons when considering diabetes and obesity. Absolutely brilliant!!

I've been feeling a little exhausted lately (teething 18 month old and an almost 3 year old that's into everything!!)I really needed a little boost to help pick me back up. I don't drink energy drinks as they're really bad for your health and I have issues swallowing tablets so I needed something that dissolves.. I came across these and they seemed to be perfect for me!They're packed full of vitamins B's, vitamin C, and a few others. I genuinely feel more refreshed after taking these for a short while.The flavour isn't too bad at all either. They're sugar free and don't have the horrible sweetener after taste.going to stock up on try some of the other flavours!

Essential Vitamins

Get all the vitamins, minerals and electrolytes with each tablet for the body. Helps with active lifestyles and tastes lovely. The orange flavour is particularly nice. Better than orange squash on its own. Highly recommended .

Get through with a lift….

I’m in love and I don’t care who knows it! I have Lupus and have Chronic Pain & Fatigue. On days when I want / need to be More with it. Theses tablets are the Best. I can get through the day Alert and with Energy. As long as w take it early in day it doesn’t effect my night sleep even. No “Jumpy” feeling like energy drinks. Tablets taste great alone but are great mixed w OJ! Doesn’t interfere with my other medication’s. If you need a splash of energy without the Yancey, feeling Berocca is for you.

I really like Berocca and have been using this "easy to drink" energy booster for over 10 years now. I don't sleep well since I had both of my hips replaced. I wake up from the pain of sleeping on either one of my sides, I'm a side sleeper. Anyway, since I don't sleep well, I really need help in the morning to get my day started. This product really does help. The B12 and other vitamins in Berocca are not only good for you but really help give me the boost of energy that lasts the whole day.

Importance of vitamin C plus Berocca

A good way to have a multivitamin, but like all synthesized vitamin C it's nowhere near as good as the natural vitamin C found in gubinge (Kakadu plum). teaspoon of gubinge powder twice a day with Berocca is the best way to stay 100% healthy, otherwise forfeit the Berocca and just have the gubinge powder if cost is an issue. Gubinge helped me steer clear of cold and flu for over 10 years when I started taking it when I was constantly suffering from boils due to a low immune system after suffering Ross River virus also causing chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. Never had a boil since and always heal cuts and injuries extremely quickly, testament to the power of natural vitamin C. Got a flu after forgetting to have the gubinge powder for 2 months.
