Love all my Bessemer products and am not disappointed with the 28cm black frypan. It just works! Cooking is easy and cleaning is a breeze. Shouldn’t probably say this but recently bought a Le Creuset frypan and haven’t used it since my Bessemer purchase. That’s saying something as it was much more expensive.

OMG... has been years since I bought Bessemer and didn't think the quality could get any better, but it did.Love how there is now a changeable handle which is oven proof. the depth of the multi frypan was fantastic and retains the heat so good. Can't wait to see what more is released in this colour.

I bought two of these frypans on 259.99 on 25/9/2021. The price included free lids. We loved these frypans so much we bought a larger one and other bits and pieces. Unfortunately the bases have come off. I have tried contacting Bessemer with no response and submitted a support request to House (ticket 613271), so far with no response. Today I called the phone number twice only for them to hang up twice on the basis they are really busy. Perhaps a bad review is the only way to get their attention. My next move is to take the frypans to a store and dump them on the counter. I would insert phots if I could work out how to do that. Clearly they don’t want anyone to see them

Handle is already cracking and breaking under the heat (no. I have not put it directly over the flame) just as my last Bessemer handle did. When the last one broke I thought it must have been my fault, but now I think it is just poor quality. It looks like I will end up with another pan with no handle that I can’t hold when it breaks altogether. This is the last Bessemer I will own.
Hi, I have bought so much Bessemer in the past. I was disappointed with two out of the four. The Roaster Pan has a chip in the inside base. The 32cm Multi Pan has a ring faded area in the inside base. I have never needed to give a negative review but I don't believe that these products should have passed your quality check. I would have thought you would have sold them as seconds. Can you please tell me what to do with them?

I did find the edging of the frypan rim to be a little sharp and I do need to take care when washing the pan to avoid cutting myself.I am however disappointed with the customer/ shopping experience I received. I contacted an agent via the chat channel as my current 32cm frypan started to peel and was expecting to receive a replacement under the lifetime guarantee but instead the agent was only able to provide a 50% voucher coupon upon return of my old frypan. Free return postage was not even offered. At the time Bessemer had a 'buy any 2 receive 50% storewide sale', so I opted to take advantage of this and ordered the frypan 32cm and the universal lid (as I would have had paid over $30 for return ... I was speaking with a friend the other week who experienced the exact same thing whereby the lifetime replacement guarantee was not warranted. It really makes me wonder whether this 'lifetime guarantee replacement' is just a marketing phrase. It's a shame that Bessemer cannot stand behind its product/s or guarantee.I had a similar situation with my Essteele pot, and they replaced the product with no hesitation.A very disappointed customer.Chrisa
My apologies for taking so long to reply but I have been having a problem with the new thermostats installed in the hot plates. Apparently the new thermostats are 50% hotter than the old ones which I did not know at the time with a result I burnt vegetables. I had a Bessemer frypan for about 40 years previously. I unfortunately let it get badly burnt.I am very happy with my new frypan. It is excellent quality as usual and will see me out (I am 83 years old).I am very pleased with the packaging, presentation and professional help from Bessemer.Thank youNoela Kelly
You cannot fault Bessemer frypans. I have had the Wok for 20 years and love it. The teal is just beautiful. The heavy non stick bases mean you can turn down the heat and simmer your dishes without any fear of burning or sticking to the bottom. It’s also amazing making the Bessemer pizza recipe. These pans are lifetime investments.
Very simple answer. This is the third one I have bought. The first was well over 20 years ogo. I replaced it about 10 years ago because we destroyed the non-stick surface. This third one is a gift for my soon to be married daughter.Do we like it. Definitely. It is my favourite cooking pan.
Love this for stir frying, blanching noodles and vegetables, deep frying ( large surface and sufficiently deep with literally no splattering). Have not used for steaming but can be used for steaming as well. Handle quality is very solid and can be easily held with smaller hands. Used exiting 32 lid for cover. Overall, very happy with this wok.
