I accidentally purchased the wrong lid on Black Friday sale. 32cm lid and 28cm pot.I emailed straight away customer service.No response for 1 week. When they got back to me i could not swap for the 28cm lid and not only that could not get the price in would have paid on Black Friday sale. Not only that I had to pay $13 to ship the wrong lid back and paid more for the 28cm lid to be shipped out to me.Disappointed. Not only that, I have Bessemer products from over 20 years ago and the quality of these new product is definitely not as good. New products are way lighter and the base is way thinner. I find the older pot is way better to cook in on my electric cook top.

Beautiful cookware nothing compares to Bessemer quality and the food really does taste better. Thanks for your continual interest in improving the Bessemer product. Wish it was made in Australia to help support our economy .

Hi, I purchased the 28cm lid in August, 2023 and have only used it now for the first time. When I went to lift the lid off the saucepan it fell apart. My husband has tried to reassemble the lid components however it does not hold in place and cannot be used.Can you please advise where we go from here.Thanking you,Antoinette Giandomenico

This lid is a great size and fits well with a number of Bessemer items. The Large Casserole and the Wok to name a few. This was gift for a loved one along with the large casserole. Fantastic product, great quality and the handle at the top lets your cooking vent as well.
I’m so happy I can get spare parts. I’ve used the lid lots of times already.We’re on the old age pension. We came from a time wives weren’t allowed to work. If our husbands were tradies there was mo super for them. Do we live within our means. No clothes. No haircuts. ( cut your own hair) . No wasting money anywhere. Mend your own clothes. Grow some food and fruit in your garden.Buy good cookware that lasts a l o n g time . If something breaks you can get replacements. Bake in it. Excellent.Great product. Except that the non stick coating comes off after a long time, & you have to replace cookware.I wish I had thought to look in the op shops & the dump shop to pick up bits and pieces of the cookware that people throw away earlier.

I had bought the pot before and was very happy. When the sales came around again, I wanted to try the lid. I am so glad I did!The lid makes cooking with the pot even better. It retains heat well and allows effortless cleaning.Of course the gorgeous teal colour doesn't hurt 🙂
My pan is exactly what I expected from Bessemer. Tried it last night and the temperature was consistent and cooked the food perfectly. This is not my first purchase from Bessemer and the quality is excellent. It came with exchangeable handles which suits me as I have weak wrists and this made it possible to use 2 hands.
With my hot plates, I have to be careful that the frypan does not get too hot as I have come close to burning the food. It is difficult to know if my hot plates are the problem as I just had the thermostats replaced. So long as I monitor the frypan, I should have no problem.I had my last Bessemer frypan for over 50 years.I was impressed with the packaging and the prompt shipment as well and it is easy to clean. I purchased a lot of items from bessemer when they had their 50% off winter sale. I do not think it is necessary to review every single lid I purchased. I think if the first request for a review is not answered, a customer should not be harassed about it with constant emails. I live the product. but would hesitate to recommend the company to anyone else due to the constant harassment for reviews of the same item. just a different size
