We did some digging in the medical literature and found that inositol helps regulate blood sugar in women with PCOS. I ordered this to see if it could help with pcos issues. I initially took 2000mg daily but ended up with a lot of gas. I cut the dose down to 1000mg and those symptoms subsided. Since taking this i have had consistent energy and awareness. I also have a sense of calm. Worth a try. Reasonable price.

I received the bottle today. The picture showed vegetarian ingredients but the bottle shows differently. Im returning it to buy a vegetarian product.
I was buying it on Amazon but they were out. I bought two bottles here and the label was printed 10 days ago but the bottles were never shipped. The company kept saying "sorry for the inconvenience" but have done nothing to assist. I have been emailing them ever few days after they promised the tracking would update. It never did.
I been taking inositol at the maximum dosage which is 4000mg (2 at breakfast and 2 at dinner). The pills are huge but not hard to swallow in my opinion. I was hoping to have AF by now but nothing. One thing for sure thought, when i first started inositol i felt different as it relates to mood. It also makes me feel relaxed but not the lethargic feeling i would normally get from PCOS symptoms. I see changes in my skin. I am not sure if 2 weeks is too early to really rate the product if its good or not. So i will give another update 2 weeks time.
Good product for the price. It is used by my wife to help her during pregnancy.
