The capsules were extremely large and difficult to take. The outside of the capsules also got extremely sticky when placed in mouth making it more difficult to swallow. The cap to the bottle also did not secure tightly so i do not think storage would make the capsules stay fresh.

I ordered these for one reason, bust sadly the best use for them was only to keep me going regularly. I thought these would be better at keeping me full, and it literally emptied me out. I reccomend them for that, but not for any other reason.

My wife had read somewhere about this tree from a magazine and she wanted to try the fruit and I showed her the picture of the bottle and so she gave them a try. The dose on the bottle is 1 capsule per day, she has taken them with food and without food and neither time has she experienced any stomach discomfort. They do have a slightly strong small when you first open the bottle, nothing overpowering just a little stout as the way she described them. She has taken them for about two weeks now and she says that she is not as moody and has heled with her headaches. She has consulted with her doctor prior to trying this and so far no odd symptoms have shown up or she has not had any interactions with her medicine.
These capsules are really good for hormones. It's over the counter. Capsules are big on size but not unbearable. I have depression and anxiety. And it helps my hormones that helps with my depression and anxiety.
I was excited to try the Vitex fruit supplement since I’ve hesrd that it can help to create a more regular menstrual cycle and related benefits. I’ve taken the supplement 1-2 weeks and have not felt any different. It might require a longer period of time to build up or notice effects. I wish I could give a more helpful review!
Vitex fruit has many benefits in the female care arena. I was excited to review this productjust based on all the things that I had heard about how it benefits the dreaded PMS. I took this first thing in the morning during my cycles and I did notice improvement, i was actually able to get out of bed and function.
before i started to take this i contacted my dr. she said it was ok because it was natural. i've been taking it for almost a week and my harmones seemed not as off before. take it for a while it will get better so i'm satisfied with the product, yes i would recommend this product.
