We went for this spa as it offered the size we wanted and also, for the 2017 model, allowed for simultaneous heating and bubbles. This may sound like a small thing but when the weather is colder outside and you have the bubbles on, it can rapidly cool down as the air being blown through is cold. So given it takes about an hour to heat up one degree can limit the time you spend in the spa. Overall we've been really impressed so far. One thing I would add though is that you must make sure you buy additional chemicals. It doesn't come with any, so making sure you have at least a starter kit is essential. Also, consider if you are in a hard water area as you may need to get some water softening chemicals as well, which they do make.

Toyed with buying a lay z spa for over a year and finally took the plunge this week!! So glad I did, I'm delighted with my purchase!Great value for money, very sturdy construction and complete luxury!!Also bought it in the sale so got a real bargain!Plays havoc with the hair style but it's so much fun that you don't care!!!Even my cynical husband loves it!!Enough said!!Glad I got the Palm Springs as it's deeper than the other 4-6 man tubs and it looks great too!Feels very roomy, strong air bubbles, very soft floor.Go for it!!!

It is so good to just jump in after a nightmare day at the office and relax with a (plastic) glass of wine, or to spend some quality time with the wife and our wee daughter. Time away from the TV and iPad so you can just have a chat and a giggle. It is a doddle to set up and the controls could hardly be simpler. Having been used to hot tubs with moulded seats when we've been on holiday to various lodges around Scotland, I was a bit worried, while inflating the spa, that there weren't any seats. This isn't an issue though as it is really comfy sitting on the base with the bubbles rolling around you. Maintenance wise, it takes about 5-10 minutes a day. You screw off the filter, give it a rinse under the tap and pop it back in place, then mix chlorine granules with water and throw it in. Job done. I've drained and cleaned it twice in the month I've had it. Make sure you have adequate drainage to accommodate a continuous flow of water. I didn't time it but it probably takes about 15 mins to empty. Once drained I just wiped it all over with anti-bacterial wipes and refilled it. It's worth investing in a gazebo so you can use it in all weathers, and to give you privacy if you are over looked by neighbours. I got a pop up one for about 50 and it does the job nicely but as the hot tub is going to be up permanently we'll be investing in a more permanent gazebo soon too. I bought the hot tub from gardenstore direct on ebay and their service was first class.

The box didn't come with any chemical treatment however and I did have to buy the starter kit from elsewhere, so just be prepared to pay out at least another £40-£50 for everything to last you through the summer. Getting the water balance right also took a bit of trial and error, but I got there eventually once I'd figured it all out - there is loads of advice/tips on You Tube and online, etc.So, if you enjoy being out in the ... Bought this online because it was listed as number 1 on a review of all inflatable hot tubs. It didn't disappoint. Set up was easy enough and it self inflates in about 5 minutes. We attached the three pipes not realising we needed to attach a rubber washer ring to the big one and then foolishly filled it, only to realise it was leaking. Our fault mostly but the manual should have pointed it out in set up instructions, which it clearly did not. Apart from that, we have it up and running and the jets are amazing. It says 4-6people but with 4 adults in it, your pretty tight for space. 2 is perfect. Easy to change filter and heat up etc. All in all a great buy.
Bought this last year for my husbands birthday used it loads and love it. So easy to assemble, heats quickly, jets are powerful and spa is easy to maintain (you need to purchase a chemical kit) Put it up again a couple of weeks ago, all working well great for 2 or 4 people. Went for this model as husband and kids all tall and theres loads of room to stretch out. Didnt notice a great change in electricity bill either. Would highly commend!
Great price versus other online stores...Sturdy product and great size. I got the lay z spa mat and it’s so comfy and soft. Bubbles are plenty and hours of relaxing... doesn’t cost too much to run at hottest heat (about £2-£3 per day).Don’t forget to get a spa cleaning kit as you’ll need plenty of chlorine etc.Only flaw I can see is the filters are small and need dealing with a lot more than I expected. Other than that, plenty of fun and portable so you can put up and down whenever or wherever you like...
I bought this in august 2018, due to 3 bereavements and work we only got to use it a handful of times last summer. Weve jyst gone to put it up and it will not stay inflated.I am NOT amused at all after what I've paid for it. I feel completely ripped off. It was good when it worked, I loved it as it eased my arthritic pain. Im still paying for an item that the manufacturers warranty has ran out on. This is not fair at all.
After spending ages reading reviews i finally decided to take the plunge into the world of Lazy spa's. Best decision i have made for a while. This model is perfect for what i need, stronger construction than other models and includes a floor protector which is good. I weigh around 14.5 stone and can sit on the edge without it collapsing. Setup took me around 30-45 mins, the tub took around 2 hours to fill up then over night to heat to my desired temp. Keeping on top of the maintenance will probably be the hardest thing but will be worth it. Comfortably fits 5 adults, not had a sixth in yet but im sure there will be room. Do not hesitate, buy one now!!!
