I bought this for my elderly mother to use while in her chair in the lounge. It supplements her gas heater which she dislikes turning up too high because of the expense. She loves the blanket. Arrived quickly and safely. I already have this throw and needed a second one so no surprises. It works just as I like as a gentle warmer. Some may feel that the heat does not spread out to the sides of the throw. Some may say it does not get hot enough. But it suits me just fine. It takes the chill off when it's just not cold enough to justify using the central heating. The dogs have claimed the other one, minus the heating aspect of course!

I purchased this for my wife to use. She is receiving treatment for secondary breast cancer and was struggling to get warm even with the heating. The treatment really makes her quite unwell and drained of energy meaning she spends a lot her time in her chair. This blanket she says is like having a never ending lovely warm hug. I would definitely recommend this because now at last I’m a seeing my wife warm and comfortable…Priceless!!

As advertised uses 100w max although it oscillates between 5 -100w so it's not constantly using 100w.The blanket is comfy good for a lap blanket or wrap around legs. Colour is good. 2 people can share on top of lap although the cord can get in the way.If the cord had another place to connect would be improvement.If you're also off grid I'd recommend this blanket as a power saving option.

I am super pleased with this product. It is a big help when it there is cold weather outside and you want to feel warm and cosy. The material is very soft, I love the feeling when is warm. Additionally the fabric is alsi machine washible, so no worries about maintaining the fabric. Easy to use, just need to plug in and set the temperature. It has 6 temperature settings, so everyone will find their desired temperature level. I did like the fact, that the heating turns off automatically after 3 hours, which is very secure. The size of the trown is suitable to fit two people, could say it is double size. Overall, good product, to stay warm during cold days and feel cosy whenever you watvhing tv or working from home. Now that I am working from home permanently I find I get very cold sitting at my desk but I don’t particularly want the heating on all the time for environmental and economical reasons. Enter my heated throw! It warms up really quickly. I have mine on the top setting because I’m a cold person and I find it gives me a lovely, all over cosy feeling. Apparently it is washable but I haven’t tried that yet. I only have two small negatives. One is that because the throw is new it is currently shedding a lot of loose bits of fluff but perhaps if I give it a wash that would solve that problem. This is a product that has great potential, the blanket is large in size and the fabric feels very luxurious. It just doesn't feel very warm especially compared to two others that I have used. I need to fold it over in order to get some warmth out of it. I have tested it with a energy meter and it does pull around 110W on max but it just isn't enough for the size of the blanket.
