It is worth it, but... Being tall, it doesn't cover my whole back, normally from lower spine to bottom if my shoulder blades, but very easy to slide down and it goes from mid back to neck. It is spine orientated, so a narrow'ish strip, but you can sit to a side and get the side of your back. IDK if the neck addition is all that good, it works but isn't that advanced. Depending how much you lean back it goes from hardly feeling it to super hard if you lean into it.All in all, what it lacks (a fair bit), it's versatile enough to move around and do what you need, so yes it will work with a few twists and turns.

The back massage section is really nice, I like that you can switch between sections of the back or the entire back. The neck massage bit is pretty useless. There's not enough weight pushing back to make it feel it's doing anything. It's just something moving around on your neck, there's no real pressure to actually massage the neck. If I were going to buy another one now I'd save a bit if money and just but the back massager only without the neck. That's the only reason I wouldn't recommend to someone, I'd suggest the back massager every day it feels amazing.

Like the product, the massage is good especially with heat turned on. Only gripe is that I cant place this securely on an office chair or a wooden dining chair (which is built very flat/upright). There are straps at the back of the product to secure it on a chair but theyre either too short, or still just doesnt secure it enough. Ended up using it on the couch which works well, just means I cant leave it out permanently (was hoping to be able to leave it on a chair permanently).
