Pros: This product has been fantastic for my leg muscles. Since a total knee replacement, my muscles above and below the knees have worked overtime and needed physio and massages to help. Since I have used this machine, I have had no tight muscles either below or above the knee. Fantastic result. Highly recommend the machine.Cons: No bad points.

I bought this massager nearly a year ago and it's really a GodsendThis bought product along with Ultralieve which Harvey Norman sells.This hand held massager isnt heavy at all nor is it light as a feather. I turn the dial to full vibration.If you take a shower that's warm or hot, your choice and diligently use the massager at least twice a day, morning and night before bed for 15 to 20 minutes you will see a huge improvement. I put it on my directly on my skin along with using the cream massaged in first.Both these product devices I give 10/ 10 because they both work very very well.Oh one extra tip for those with sore knees and hips is to do as I advised above with the massager is to press as hard as I suggested above or as hard as you can tolerate and move the massager and press as you go up and down from slightly above your knee to top of your thigh/groin and work on that area, up and down slowly then do the other thigh.In this case, work on the good knee rather than the bad one but I do both. It's what you do with opposites. Believe me it works.So for me this massager and Ultalieve are and is the best money to spent ever on yourself or a loved one.I promise. X my heart

This is definitely a must-have machine at home! Very good quality, well-built, nothing like those cheap low quality ones, absolutely money well worth it. It works super well, great strength for massaging, easy and convenient to use. After some hard work around the house, a massage using this machine makes my body feels so relaxed. Very glad I bought it. Very pleased with the amazing result.
I received my infrared lamp in good time. When you consider the current situation and got to use it immediately. Having injured my lower back. it eased the pain for a bit and managed to get to an ostiopath as I could not move before. The deep heat got to release a joint with a bit of stretching I was able to do. I am still using it before bed time and it really does help. But it must be used regularly on problem areas. This is not an immediate fix but it will definitely help.
This product is amazing ! I bought it for my mum and she said it would of made her life wayyy easier if she found this 10 years ago. I love how it provides you with an Infrared option & Vibration option but it does take rather long for the heat to appear. Other than that, this products amazingggg love it

What I did like is that whilst the cable is fitted with a European 2-pin plug, it comes sleeved in a UK plug, so very versatile if travelling. The controls are simple and easy to use. One switch on the side allows the machine to be used with massage and heat, or simply as a massager, plus allows the machine can be switched off, a good safety precaution. A top-mounted rotating slider allows the intensity of the massage to be adjusted. To release the handle from the main body there are two push-buttons to release the handle. Over the main body of the machine is an adjustable velcro hand-strap. But - there's always a but! In photos I thought the product's body was made of aluminium and I could see that the handle detached enabling the machine to be used with or without (a bonus in itself). However, taking off the handle I find it is plastic. Also, in the absence of any labelling advising the country of origin/manufacture, I have to assume it is Germany. The heat is gentle but noticeable (maybe a disappointmentto someone expecting some searing rays) and works well with the massage. The machine comes with two rubberised nodules - one with a set of finger-like pimples and the other with a plain surface - for varying the massage and they simply slide over the head, which contains the infrared heat source. Rather obviously, the heat is not likely to prove much if either of the nodules is in place. I had already been in touch with the manufacturer and they can supply spares (for a charge) of the massage nodules, if required. Having used the machine several days, I can confirm, even on the lowest setting it packs a bunch with the massage (the main thing I wanted) and by varying the settings, and/or by simply increasing the handle/hand pressure to increase the intensity you can achieve whatever massage you can bear! My particular need is on my shoulder and neck and it seems effective. No great 'instant' miracle cure for my neck/shoulder as yet. I would suggest - and this is a personal preference - wearing a thin t-shirt if massaging, just to prevent some skin ruffling. Also, be careful massaging over the more prominent boned areas. It's very easy to cause some discomfort on boned areas and you may cause some bruising, or pain!
Things to covid 19 my massage lady has shut shop. In desperation I looked for a massage machine. This is fabulous!! It took the tightness out of my neck in minutes. I used it again in the morning and will do so again tonight. I know it's working. Highly recommend to anyone with muscle tension. Love love love.
There is no setting for just infrared. The options are massage or massage and infrared heat. Even on the massage and heat setting its thumps are annoyingly harsh. It is also too heavy for my hands. The intensity even on the lowest speed is too harsh. I should have paid more attention to the lowest reviews. Very disappointed after spending so much money on this. Take the time to try it first which is not always possible - don't buy online.
As described. Well packaged. Arrived on date expected. Following a strain in my upper thigh. This has helped ease the pain, and given relief when walking. Pleasant sensation when using the heat and massage function. A little heavier than I expected, but quickly got used to it. A purchase well made.
