Steer well clear of this unit. Squeaks and makes such a racquet while using. Instruction manual is terrible and the construction is flimsy with a primary bolt breaking on us after 2 weeks. Super disappointed and frustrated for the price.

If you don’t have a “handyman” who can assemble maybe pay the extra to come ready to use. Hubby put it together with no issues and no bits leftover! Ha ha

Great little machine , takes about 60 min to set up ( build ) , medium size machine
Really happy with it. Just right in terms of not too big but feels nice and solid for a good work out. Good range of resistance as well feom easy to very tough. Came packed really well. Smooth and quiet, though has a bit of a creek..which i only notice when i get up before everyone else in the house. Maybe the cold mornings dont help? I found that after about 3 goes that re-tightening some of the screws stopped some of the new sounds that appeared..sound really is minimal.Just a note that this model has the console with multiple programs and automatic resistance..i bought it with my fingers crossed I had guessed right. It also only has a usb connection for bluetooth connection..for those apps with work-out trips that control the resistance. I guessed this would be ... MoreReally happy with it. Looks like you can buy the module for around 60pounds from uk sites but i havent looked into it properly yet as i struggled to figure out what to search for.Very happy with my purchase though after spending weeks researching and changing my mind between the too big and too flimsy as i wanted automation but this seemed the best value for money

There was prompt delivery, directly from the Australian distributor. I was impressed that the distributor phoned, before dispatch, to verify all my delivery details. Even provided me with some useful information on using the equipment.When it arrived, it was well packaged (actually, probably OVER-packaged) and the equipment required some considerable assembly before use. The instructions were sufficient, but a bit confusing (parts numbers, etc. made no sense). I managed to get it assembled, OK, but could see how some people may struggle.Anyway, there’s a couple of things I’d like to mention. If I run a session on, say, manual mode, and then want to reset time/distance, etc. I have not yet worked out how to do this. Even after reading the manual.Overall, I am happy with the BH Fitness N12, but there are a few things that knocked the fifth star off my rating.
