BIBS Colour is the original pacifier with a round shield and a cherry shaped nipple. The cherry shaped nipple and matte lightweight shield is designed to imitate the shape of a mother’s breast. It is recommended by midwives to support natural breastfeeding – as both the specific length and shape of BIBS Colour gives the baby the correct sucking technique at the breast. The round lightweight shield faces away from the baby’s face to facilitate a supply of air to the sensitive skin around baby’s mouth. Recommended by midwifes to support natural breastfeeding. Recommended for children aged 0-36 months. Available in size 1 and 2. Size 1 and 2 are suitable for newborns. The nipple is produced from natural rubber latex. The rubber is a natural material and therefore slight color variations may occur. The shield is made of 100 percent food safe polypropylene (PP). Completely free from BPA, PVC and phthalates.

First, I would like to thank Stellar Product Testing Panel for the opportunity to test this pacifier with my daughter Thea. She enjoyed this pacifier. We received the ivory and sage colored 6 month “binkies” as we call them. They are incredibly lightweight, I could easily see a newborn being able to hold this pacifier in their mouth without repeated drops. It’s also aesthetically pleasing in a minimalist way. There are plenty of places to attach a strap or pacifier stuffed animal. My favorite feature of the design is how the area that holds the natural rubber curves away from the mouth area. For babies, like mine, that are happy spitters and intense droolers that space allows air flow and keeps their sensitive skin from breaking out. I noticed that the days that my daughter chose this binky she had significantly less chapped and rashed skin. The natural rubber is really soft and securely attached to the pacifier and doesn’t have any smells. The only reason I rated this pacifier 4 stars instead of 5 was the shape of the rubber. It is not listed as an orthodontic nipple and proper oral development is important to me. I still really like this pacifier and so does Thea. I put one of the pacifier I received in her toy basket to see how often she would choose this pacifier. I caught her playing with it frequently and she really liked sliding the pacifier in her mouth. I think she enjoyed the softness of the nipple. I liked not having to constantly dry her face to keep her face from getting a rash.

We love the Bibs pacifiers and all the muted colors they come with — they are beautifully aesthetic, yet functional. I love the shape and size of the nipple, but the only thing I’ve noticed about Bibs pacifiers is over time they tend to stretch out, so I do need to replace them once that happens. I believe it has something to do with the natural rubber. It’s still one of my preferred pacifiers for babies though and I don’t feel like it messes with their teeth or anything. My little babe doesn’t use pacifiers often, but likes these when she needs some comfort. Win win for me because it matches a lot of the colors that she wears. It’s a very minimal design which I like too! Highly recommend these ones if your baby doesn’t like pacifiers and you want something cute ... MoreWe love the Bibs pacifiers and all the muted colors they come with — they are beautifully aesthetic, yet functional. This is a beautiful, simply designed pacifier that comes in a variety of nice, stylish neutral or muted colors for those who appreciate a classic look. The nipple is natural rubber, and all materials are free of BPA, phthalates, etc. which is a big plus for the health/safety conscious. The price is a little on the higher end than some other options but still reasonable. My 9-month-old is fairly pacifier specific but was recently showing some interest in other styles than her standard, so the BIBS was a nice option to try. We chose the round nipple in a pretty neutral cream and a sage green. They seem to be designed and made well with quality materials. Only time will tell how well they hold up, but we didn't notice any worrisome wear signs after about two weeks use. ... MoreThis is a beautiful, simply designed pacifier that comes in a variety of nice, stylish neutral or muted colors for those who appreciate a classic look. My daughter turned out not to be fond of the round bulb style, but she has been using it like a teether (she is still toothless!) and really enjoys gnawing the nipple, and the little 'handle' is the right size for her little fingers to grip well. The shape of the shield itself is nice as it doesn't lay flat against the mouth to irritate her very sensitive skin. Overall, a really great product, but as with any pacifier it will depend on your baby's preferences! **We received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, but all opinions are my own.**

These are the best pacifiers! My son has loved them since the newborn days. I’m expecting baby #2 and will be using them again when this baby is here! The natural latex seems to be such a comfort and the size of the nipple allows it to be safe from choking. All the colors are great. Neutral or more bright colors. I also love the glow in the dark ones. For the reviews that say these aren’t safe because water/salvia can get in the nipple. The packaging literally says to squeeze out extra water that can get trapped because that natural latex has to have a hole so it can breathe. READ the care instructions, because that issue is from user error. Also for anyone worried about the nipple pushing teeth out, this is a known effect from using a pacifier or sucking on ... MoreThese are the best pacifiers! Toddlers teeth can and will move to a better spot once the pacifier is removed. Pediatric dentist recommend doing this by age 3.
I was so excited to test out the Bibs Try-It Silicone & Latex Pacifier Collection that came shipped to me in a 4 pack. Thank you so much to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with these pacifiers to test out with my baby! I absolutely loved the fact that this collection came with many different styles and nipples to choose from for my baby instead of just one in a package. I was able to try all 4 to figure out which one fit my baby's needs best since I had no idea and have had no success with other brands. I have tried long and hard to get my son to soothe on a pacifier over the last few months and have had no luck at all. I was quickly able to figure out that he preferred the bulb with the natural rubber latex pacifier instead of the silicone. I really do love the style of these pacifiers and the fact that this brand recognizes not one size fits all. I love the idea of this four pack and think it’s so wonderful that this brand recognizes that not all babies mouth anatomy are the same and every child may prefer one style over another. Babies have different preferences and different sucking techniques, so to know this brand recognizes that gave me hope. The styles, colors and freedom to let my baby choose which was best for him lifted the weight off me by having all 4 at hand to try. My baby did end up taking the pacifier, but only for a short time. Unfortunately, I think I just have to accept the fact that he’s not a pacifier baby as much as I try to push it. I do still believe these specific pacifiers provide great quality keeping all babies in mind. Our of all the many brands I have tried, Bibs was the only brand we had the most success with for a breastfed baby.
Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this pacifier. My 18 month old daughter has always been very particular with pacifiers; however, she took pretty quickly to this one. She has used the same brand flat-style pacifier since she was about 3 months old & it took us many tries to find the perfect one. This one is vastly different from her previous one; latex instead of silicone, round nipple instead of flat, round shape instead of butterfly. The round nipple makes me a bit nervous as I'm afraid it would be more likely to cause dental issues than the flat shape. It also proved to be a bit difficult to clean; the water left in the nipple after the dishwasher cycle left a white residue inside that was frustrating to remove. I received these pacifiers from the Stellar Product Testing Panel for my 15 month old daughter. She is still breastfeeding and has a pacifier in her mouth most of the day. That being said, she has never tried a latex pacifier. The shape of the nipple is different than anything she had used as well. Upon opening, I thought these were very trendy looking. They are super light weight, and do not rub the child’s face at all due to the design. I felt the nipple was small compared to the others on the market so I wasn’t sure if my daughter would show any interest, but she did! As soon as I showed it to her, she took to it right away. I could tell it felt different to her but she had no problem happily taking right off with it in her mouth. The overall look of the Bibs Colour Latex Pacifier - 6-18 months- 2 pack has a very clean and smooth modern design. The overall construction of the pacifier is unique, especially in the way that the latex nipple is attached to the plastic base. The plastic base of the pacifier and the latex nipple are both thick and sturdy, and appear to be very good quality. The latex nipple is thick enough that sharp baby teeth won’t chew through it, but flexible enough to be easily sucked. The Bib’s latex nipple flattens out when inserted into the mouth and sucked on. This feature is actually important to me because my son's current pacifier (not Bibs) is changing the shape of the roof of his mouth. This feature is actually important to me because my son's current pacifier (not Bibs) is changing the shape of the roof of his mouth. A little background information might be helpful here: He currently uses a pacifier that looks like an elongated nipple and is cylindrical in shape. Because that has been his preferred pacifier, the roof of his mouth is actually forming to the shape of the other pacifier’s nipple. The Bibs pacifier offers an alternative nipple shape that is similar enough to my son’s prior pacifier so that he will still accept it, but different enough that it hopefully doesn’t contribute to the issue with his palette. Because the Bib’s flattens when sucked, it seems like it will offer an alternative shape, and potentially help with his already elongated and narrow palette. It’s a little too soon to tell, but it seems promising! I was worried that he wouldn't like the Bibs pacifier due to the difference in nipple shape (his other pacifier looks like an elongated nipple), but he easily accepted the Bibs pacifier. Sometimes he even chooses the Bibs over his other pacifier when given the choice between the two! My son also likes to play with the “handle” on the Bibs pacifier because it makes a soft clicking noise that he seems to like. The overall shape and size of the Bibs pacifier are a perfect fit for my 15 month old’s face and mouth. Overall I’m impressed with the product’s good quality. And my son uses the Bibs pacifier regularly to self-soothe. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this pacifier to test and review!
First off, my baby loves his bibs pacifiers. LOVES. Its the only one he'll take. I also love it for him, but I do have a few hangups. What I love: How it looks (including the color options), the natural rubber, and how much my baby loves it. he took to it immediately and It didn't cause any nipple confusion for my breastfed baby early on, which is a huge plus! what I don't love: the cost, the fact that the nipple grows over time (more on this later), and that water gets stuck inside it so easily. The nipple is made of natural rubber, which is great...except be aware, it *definitely* grows over time. I made the mistake of having just one pacifier for him to use for two months straight and when I ordered new pacifiers, the nipple on the used one was three times the size of the bibs I ordered! We had a bit of a tough time transitioning to the new bibs for the first two or three days. It's the trade off for natural rubber. The easiest work around is to have 4-5 bibs that you rotate out, and to replace each one as needed. (this is where the cost becomes a major downside). At the end of the day though, my little buddy loves his bibs, and so I'll deal with the drawbacks and recognize that bibs does a good job of designing a pacifier that babies love.
So my daughter is 10 months and currently teething. Everything gets put in her mouth at this point in her quest to stop teething. I didn’t have to encourage her to use this pacifier. First, I sterilized it in boiling water as indicated in the instructions. Then I squeezed the excess out of the nipple and looked it over for damage, tugging gently on the nipple to make sure it would stay attached. All seemed surprisingly well made despite being a latex nipple rather than silicone. We’ve always used and trusted silicone. I was actually kinda shocked at how quickly she took to the Bibs pacifier. She’s breastfed, so I assume the latex feels more realistic? She genuinely liked it and I love the boho style vibe. Overall, no complaints other than me wondering how long latex will last compared to silicone pacifiers. These are so popular online that I’m sure it’s not an issue. I was sent this pacifier to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, however my review was honest and not biased.
