I'm a student, so I do a lot of paperwork and the like. That's why I bought a bottle of Wite Out Quick Dry. I've always felt that Wite Out is just a product that should be on any and everyone's desk, so you can imagine my excitement to see that they have a fast drying option with an interesting applicator. This Wite Out has a plastic sponge-like applicator. Generally, you'd think you would apply this product with a brush, but this new, or new to me, applicator makes everything go on so smooth. Brushes are obsolete compared to this. Unlike brushes, this applicator leaves a smooth and ridge-less texture. Making it much less obvious that you're covering mistakes. Overall, I love this product and feel that it's a must-have for any desk.

When it works, it does a good job of obscuring all traces of ink and the correction tape is barely visible. To my dismay the white out tape frequently shifts out of alignment on the tape feed mechanism inside the case. The first few times it might be fixable but the tape usually end up jammed and unable to be realigned. Very frustrating.

Bought this multiple times. Never get through the entire dispenser. Right from the beginning the tape advances and twists, the white out comes off and am only able to advance a very small amount of the tape before it goes in the garbage. Very poorly designed and not functional at all!! Who designed this MESS? Save your money. I would not use this again if it were free. If there were a zero star I would use it. Do not dare to send me advertisements!!!

I used this once and then the tape started to slack, even though the description states that it has a self winding mechanism. I watched a youtube video to attempt to correct the slacking issue only for the whole thing to fall apart and become a tangled mess. Did the company bother to QA the product or put it through a focus group? It would be less frustrating to re-do an entire project than to mess with this useless correction tape.
i got this recently, i write ton and sometimes i may spell something wrong or put something that wasn't meant to be put down on paper, so im always grabbing more paper to write on which economically is a waste and i dislike that. so this white out i been using since i was myself in middle school! it works perfectly and drys instantly! now i can do what i need to do for work, my kids can use it for their homework, projects, drawing and more! We have these type of correction tape in our office and I use them alot. Unfortunately, someone ordered this brand and they're absolutely terrible...and we ran out of the other brand we had. It worked for the first 3 times then started failing and unwinding and became a big mess. Tossed it straight into the trash and now I'm off to ask my other office folks if anyone has the other type I can borrow until we replace these. I gave this a one star rating because that's the lowest option. I'd have given it a zero, if able to.
I forgot why I never buy these, so when my child asked for one for back to school I bought her a two pack. Now I remember: the tape always ends up coming out of the cassette and there is no way to wind it back up again! You would think after a decade on the market, they would address or fix this problem. Maybe they think they will get more money because people will buy more of the same shoddy product to replace it when it breaks, but personally they lose me as a customer!
Old design had a small opening allowing a tool or finger to turn a gear and move the tape, New design is completely sealed. Bought two, both are not usable. Tape is trapped insideCost to return the item is more than the cost of the item Post office requires a street address, which is not on the package. Thank you BIC.
I have used many similar, cheaper wite-out tapes. Unfortunately for me, this one was the only one available at the store I went. Although I thought it was expensive, I bought it a one pack, since I needed to use today. Big mistake. Did not work, had to throw it away, complete loss.
This has to be one of the worst products that I have ever purchased. In theory,it is a great . The packaging unit that holds the correction tape is designed very poorly. I purchased a 4 pack. The first, the tape broke almost immediately. The second and third, did not roll on to the wheel after use, causing it to become unusable. I made the mistake of taking the unit apart trying to fix it twice. Wasted lots of time, and ended up throwing it away. Very frustrating!
