Fairmount Alpine RC Model Fairmount's main activities are long-distance ocean towing and salvage operations, with a fleet of five tugs of 200-ton bollard pull, the transportation of heavy lift by semi-submersible barges, and the worldwide activities of Fukada Salvage with its modern fleet of offshore supply vessels and floating cranes. Fairmount operates a fleet of ultra-strong long-range towing vessels, semi-submersible barges including the 50,000-ton capacity Gavea LIFTER, and multipurpose offshore supply vessels. This Dutch super tug can be built as a floor model or remote controlled model. The kit is made entirely of laser-blasted wooden parts. The hull construction is based on frames and laser-cut sides, making construction comparatively easy. All superstructure parts are laser cut from the finest plywood.
