I have been taking the Bio-Kult Advanced Probiotic Multi-Strain Formula, 120 Ct capsules for about two weeks and I have noticed some slight differences with my digestive system. I have tried numerous Probiotics, some which are very pricey, but I was never totally satisfied with them as to where I would purchase them again. I spoke to the doctor regarding these issues but I was just told to keep way from foods and supplements that cause these problems. So, I decided to try this product and so far have been pleased. I love that this company is Non GMO and they are also approved by the vegetarian society which is cool!! Not sure if it is my own digestive track or the product. To qualify I want to be very clear that I already drink a shake each day that includes a probiotic. So maybe the effects I am experiencing are unique to getting too many in a day? Maybe my body just doesn't like this blend? I have used plenty of probiotics in the past and loved them so I am usually have positive experiences. It is very possible this specific documents blend just is not compatible with my particular diet. Either way I have had some fairly terrible digestive effects when taking them. I eat a fairly fiber rich diet overall so I am used to experiencing some changes when introducing a new strain ...
