This granola has a lovely crunchy texture. The flavour is lovely and moreish. I love the added seeds and nuts, which make this a nutritional choice. This contains no added sugar.

This seedy & nutty granola is admittedly different from others, but tastes really good and I personally love its wholesome crunchiness and the addition of small bits of carrot. It's probably not designed to be eaten by itself, but rather added to milk, juice or yogurt. My daughters and I all eat it for breakfast.

I really dont want to be negative. I hold Dr Megan in very high regard, I have her book and its fascinating and informative. The recipes in it are brilliant, we have enjoyed everything weve tried especially the granola recipe so I was very excited to see this for sale thinking it is a great cupboard staple for when I just dont have time to make granola from scratch but this granola is terrible. No real flavour and its rock hard to the point it hurts my teeth. I am now making breakfast half an hour before I eat it just to try to soften the granola, it is possible that it would be better with milk but I usually have yogurt for breakfast. Im so disappointed and wont be buying it again.

I need to preface this review by saying that I haven't tried this personally due to food intolerances, but have bought it several times for my husband, so this is based on his opinions & experiences.He enjoys the flavour, however he finds the "gut loving" properties of the cereal do not agree with him at all! He generally eats a pretty healthy diet and is in a good state of health with no gut issues or known food intolerances, and he eats a range of other brands & styles of granola with no issues, but for some reason this particular cereal sets off his guts in all the wrong ways! Please don't let me put you off buying it altogether, though, as judging by the other reviews this isn't a problem everyone suffers from, and it does taste nice. I'm sure it is beneficial for many people's guts, just not my husband's!
Oh my goodness. My advice would be steer clear of this. The taste is horrible (it tastes burnt). And the effect is explosive! My stomach was in turmoil for a whole day. I guess my biome probably isn't looking for any help.
The original version of this product contained 12% seeds whereas the new version only contains 5% seeds. The result is that a portion now contains only 8.6g fibre versus 10.8g in the original. The reason for the change is to make the product more profitable.Dr Megan’s top tip: Aim to eat 30 diverse plant foods a week.The old version contained 15 - the box claimed that it contained half of the 30. The new version only contains 12.I have stopped buying the product because of the change.
When it comes to buying a breakfast product this will be the one that I will go for. It has a nice taste without being sweet, and great that it includes so many nutritious and beneficial ingredients. It has a nice crunch and is a good wholesome. doesn’t taste or feel processed. A very natural granola with full of goodness, lots of seeds and nuts. Tasty on its own or with milk or nice added to yoghurt. I am very tempted to pour a second bowl. It doesn’t go soggy when the milk was added. It is very filling and kept me satisfied until lunchtime with no bloating. One of the best I've had. Looking forward to trying the rest of the range. Would buy it again.
I have tried most of the Bio and Me granolas and this one is certainly my favourite. Packed full with nuts and seeds. A lovely, naturally sweet taste and a good, crunchy texture. A really wholesome and healthy way to start the day. I would recommend trying this.
..just as others have said, although flavour is good. The proportion of nuts to other ingredients is very low. Also the nuts are of poor quality. I have tried 3 of this brand and all have a textural problem. Shame, as I love the concept and the ingredient list.
We received this from Ocado to review. My partner wasnt keen, it was to him bland, too chewy and with no sweetness. He had it as a conventional cereal with milk. I find granolas on the whole, too sweet so liked the absence of noticeable sugar. I also enjoy the crunch and nutty flavour. I had a couple of handfuls with chopped fruit and yoghurt and cinnamon. I did find it chewier than most granola and it did bloat my stomach, I am hoping this is a temporary adjustment as I did like eating it. I do prefer the blue box version.
