This was recommended to me by a naturopath around 6 months ago and I have been taking it daily since. I definitely notice that my recovery time after intense exercise is shorter, and I generally have more energy, even when I've been working long hours and not getting enough sleep. I feel like it boosts me up when I take it in the morning. I also love that it includes other vitamins and mineral, including B vitamins which I find essential for reducing my stress response. It easily dissolves in water which I love as I'm not a huge fan of tablets. It tastes nice, the orange flavour isn't strong.

I take magnesium every day and it really helps with my arthritis. This product comes with a measuring spoon and it's easy to know that you have the quantity you're supposed to drink in a glass of water. I love the Bioceuticals brand and I usually have this with the Vitamin C powder from this brand and my zinc drops. Good health starts with the inside of our body and looking after ourselves is made easier with Bioceuticals and ESPECIALLY the Magnesium our bodies need for us to be at our peak health goals! My wife has suffered from migraines for years and nothing could help her , until a friends sister told my wife about this great product as soon as my wife started talking a couple of scoops every night no migraines now its been over three months without a migraine. Not saying this will work for everyone but if you have severe migraines what do you have to loose .
My partner has medical condition (HSP) and having cramps a lot. Every night just half teaspoon of this and it helps. You have to find the right good quality magnesium and this recommended by a physiotherapist.
