Great multivitamin that has everything you need in it even some herbs for general health. My doctor recommended this one to me.
Just like 40 percent of the operation, I have the MTHFR gene and cant absorb Vitamin B properly. Its actually toxic to me. I was taking a myriad of vitamins (yuck!) because I couldnt take a multivitamin as a result. I know and trust this brand and was delighted to see this multi had activated B in it. I feel wonderful on them. This company had the best price to order them from.
What's not to love! I feel like this vitamin has everything, including withania, otherwise known as ashwagandha, which I find does amazing things for my chronic anxiety. Great value for money too.

I take one each morning and one at night, I have been using them for over a year. After a month or so my energy levels were rising and slowly the full benefits of taking a quality multi vitamin have emerged. I have problems with absorption of vitamins from food, and had several deficiency issues. These have been addressed with this particular multivitamin. I havent had these results with other my products, you get what you pay for.
