I ordered a food dehydrator but was dubious because previous ones ( bought elsewhere) haven’t been satisfactory. I was delighted that my purchase arrived within three days & was securely packed.I haven’t yet tried the machine but it certainly looks substantial, albeit bigger than I thought. All in all, I’m very happy.

Hydrates well but rattles like crazy. Half the time it's quiet, rest of the time sounds like a helicopter taking off.
Sturdy commercial unit. Does get hot on the outside but much better than the plastic units. Dried beef jerky and apples and them came out perfectly.
