Arrived damaged. It was poorly packed and needed more adequate cushioning if it was going to be sent in a thin plastic envelope and not a box. I know very well that nothing really substitutes a good cleanser, but this is definitely the second best choice when it comes to how clean my skin feels after using it. I use it mainly in the morning when I don't want or feel the need to wash my face. I definitely recommend it!
