Makes a big difference to the pain in my wrists when I take it. When I forget to take it for a few days, especially after a week, I really notice the pain. I would recommend this product.

I have reviewed this product before. But I have to add. This product works so well, I didn't know I had arthritis throughout my body. It shows up on scans, but I didn't believe it. I forgot to take it 2 days running, and I was in terrible pain everywhere - except my elbows!!I don't take any other supplements that I did before. It works on its own so is very cost saving. Cant recommend it highly enough. I put everyone onto it. Particularly when I am in the store.

I am using Bioglan Curcumin for the pain I experienced in my leg due to arthritis in my hip. I started taking 2 to 3 each day as directed on package but found I didn’t feel right so decided to try just 1 each day. I take it in the morning after breakfast and it’s right for me. I don’t experience the pain in my leg at all now. Started taking a few months ago and I’m very happy with this product.

I have been using the Bioglan Curcumin Double Strengthen to help with aches and pains for the past 6 months. I am not one to write reviews but this vitamin has certainly made a significant difference, so I thought it was worth sharing. I work long hours on a computer and get the typical neck and shoulder aches. I don't want to use panadol or neurofen all the time so this was an alternative worth a try. To my surprise it worked equally as well and it was a natural alternative. I highly recommend this vitamin.
It seems to help my osteo arthritis in my hands a lot. If I don’t take it I’m worse. No side effects. Easy to take. Have had many kinds of big dosage turmeric and this one seems good too
I've suffered from inflammation in my back/hips/bum muscles for a long time, which was always worse after sitting for hours at my desk job. I literally felt a difference within the first 2 hours of taking it and once it had kicked in, the relief lasted for approx 8 hours. I have been taking these for about a month and they have really made a difference to the pain I have been suffering from in my knee from inflammation. Am a 57 year old female. Just recently, my fingers hurt when I wake up in the morning. So I thought I'd try this Bioglan curcumin double strength. I notice the relief when I take daily. If I skip taking for a day or two, I would feel the pain again.
I have been taking one tablet every night for at least two years based on the recommendation of the Pharmacist at my local Chemist Warehouse. I had the worst pain in my fingers, but taking these has helped immensely. I don’t have any more pain, even after cooking, cleaning and general day to day activities. I can highly recommend these tablets, but, they may not do the job for everyone. You probably need to take them for at least 4 weeks to see if they work for you.
After being diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my hands I told by my doctor to take panedol osteo ( 6 a day). After a month of the panadol, I purchased the curcumin double strength and started taking them 2 weeks ago. I stopped taking the panadol after 2 days and 2 weeks later the pain in my hands has reduced considerably more than when I was taking the other product. I take 1 capsule a day and my hands feel better than they have felt in months. I am really happy to have found a product that really works for me.
